The staff at Koza suite were super nice and friendly, especially the gentlemen looking after food for room service. The location is great and secure, as it is located next to the Malaysia embassy. 500 metres away is the main street where there are heaps of good restaurants and supermarkets. Also an amazing bakery with lots of cakes...so dangerous and yum! I tried to ask one of the Koza suite staff where to get good kebab, and he was puzzled because they were all good and he had to think to single out a particular restaurant. Room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the air conditioning system as it was still in heating mode for winter, and I couldn't adjust it as it was a overall building heating/air conditioning system for the whole building. But I just left the window open and it was great to have fresh air the entire time. Also during the day, there is a school across the street where you can hear music playing. Room service food was surprisingly good. Would definitely come back.

The room was very warm when I checked in at 5 PM. I asked the manager if they had another room that wasn’t exposed to the sun. Although the hotel was nearly empty and I was willing to pay more, they refused to change my room until the next day. I had to spend a few hours in the lobby waiting for my room to cool down. When I finally went back, it was still very warm because the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Additionally, the shower, toilet bidet, and mirror were not in working condition. I don’t believe this hotel deserves a four-star rating.

It was mentioned that hotel has Air conditioning system, in fact I stayed there for almost a week but it was not working for entire hotel. I recommend to mention this to customers before they book a room.

There should be more lighting and friendly welcome in reception and entrance … dim light is not acceptable when visitors are first time comers . Breakfast is very average Rooms are clean and good lighting . Comfortable

worst hotel in the world, the air conditioner is broken and it’s just working as a fan and outside was 39c degrees, when I spoke with the hotel reception, they said we cannot do anything for you! shame on you.
