1/ wonderful , Staff , breakfast & location. 2/ Classic bath banyo dangerous for elder ages. 3/ Shortage information in the app as no indication to twin beds rooms. Thanks to morning dedicated counter team on 30th Dec date for their help and warm welcoming they arranged early check in for me without hesitation. Thanks to breakfast team for nice service.

The staff was amazing. They all have done their best in terms of hospitality. The hotel conditions are pretty bad. The rooms, stains in carpets, cracks in bathrooms, not properly placed tap misplacements. Except for the beautiful staff, I would recommend SwissHotel Efes.

A good chain hotel in the heart of Izmir. Rooms are a little dated but still well maintained. Service was excellent. Free valet parking.

The A/C does not provide sufficient cooling even in the most powerful setting. Considering the previous reviews from other clients, this seems like an unresolved issue and makes the room uncomfortable. The room was clean although there were some spots showing its age. Staff&service were great but maintenance and facilities need some work. I don’t think I will stay here again unless the A/C problem is resolved.
