Staff very welcoming and eager to please. Room very comfortable and had a welcoming fruit plate. The room even had a safe box and fridge. Questions were answered promply and in a polite manner. Will visit again, the next time in Istanbul.

The reception was wonderful — the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located in the vibrant heart of Istanbul, right in Taksim, and very close to the airport shuttle bus station, which was super convenient. The only downside was the poor sound insulation in the room. I could hear people talking in the hallways and noise from the street, which affected the overall comfort.

The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice. The hotel room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel location is very convenient. I have visited this hotel twice now, because it is so good. I wouldn't hesitate to return.
