The staff were friendly and helpful but the facility needs better supplies. The towels are very old and faded, no hair dryer in the room and front desk did not have one, we were asked to wait till the morning to get one! Temperature control does not work. The room size is good. The shower drain is slow. The place has good potential but little things needs to be looked after. Not much in the area but would be a good place to stay if you have a car. They offer a free parking.

The hotel rooms and grounds could be kept better.

Liked that is was relatively close to main sites in Izmir. Calm helpful staff much appreciated with their kindness and key knowledge of the area. Close to Basmane railway station also a good thing.

Hotel was clean staff nice but …. Breakfast very poor not enough variety and things run out early and not restocked. No wardrobe in room . Hotel about 20 min walk from Main Street .

Good location, 20 minute flat walk to nice busy shopping areas with restaurants and bars. Very friendly welcome by Görkan. The bed was very comfortable. We had some difficulty connecting to the WiFi.

We occupied a spacious and comfortable suite room suitable for two adults and two children. The room was divided into two separate areas. The breakfast provided was satisfactory. The hotel is located a 15-20 minute walk away from the seaside and city restaurants. The only drawback was the smell of cigarettes in the room, although I recognize this might be due to previous guests. On the whole, the hotel offers good value for its price.

Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was extremely unclean. The bath towels had holes in them, the shower was dirty, and the sink was covered in grim. The conditions were very unpleasant. The room smelled like smoke even though there were signs indicating smoking was not permitted. I would not recommend this property.

The facilities inside the room have been poorly managed, and maintained. The shower door in my room was clearly broken, but it was not fixed, so when you shower, the whole bathroom would be soaked wet. The water also leaked out to the main room. One big piece of the ceiling was about to fall down as well. When I talked to the manager and asked for room changing, and discovered that the staff already knew about the malfunction of some of the facilities but they didnt attempt to fix them but to rent it out to customers. This is just not acceptable.

It was a great stay, hotel location is the key, close to everything in downtown, friendly staff, clean room and basic breakfast. Free parking. I recommend and will stay again next time.

Nice and clean hotel. Fast, professional check-in. About 20 minutes walking distance to restaurants. Safe hotel offering free bottled water.

it was great stay , the hotel location is perfect, hotel is very clean and deserve more than 3 stars , the staff Sira was super helpful and very kind , she always smiles and answer all my questions even none related to the hotel itself, her presence added joy and comfort to my stay

good clean hotel at good price

The price I paid for my weekday nights was amazing. It was a bit more expensive on the Friday night but still very good value. Everything was great although it was a bit disconcerting to be able to hear the people next door using their shower so clearly (there’s a shared vent) and I found the breakfast a little limited. I also found the hotel a bit far from the main going out part of the city but it’s nevertheless in a lively location where there are lots of other hotels and there are lots of restaurants. The location is very convenient if you plan on doing lots of coach trips to other places in the area - there are agencies nearby where you can get tickets with a complimentary ride to the bus station. The staff were always friendly and polite. Overall, I’d say this place is excellent value - I was very pleasantly surprised when I walked in and saw the size and quality of the suite.

it is a nice play to stay and comfortable. The facilities are good and the environment of the hotel is also amazing.

This hotel really suits families and is very centrally located in the city considering its proximity to the main commercial area, the fair ground and the coastline. It's a tightly run ship, don't expect to see dozens of workers there. But it works really well if you're looking for a clean place to rest and a quick breakfast before you head out to explore Izmir or nearby attractions of the region. Will definitely stay there again.

Otel deniz sahiline uzak. Gitmek icin arac lazim. Otel odasinda sivi sabun yoktu. Lavabo suyu actigimizda tıkandı. Arac para yeri mevcut. Merkezde gezmekse amac arac yoksa kalınabikeck bir yer degil.

Herşey mükemmeldi, özellikle resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar ve kapıda bizi karşılayan beyfendi çok kibar ve yardımseverdi. Sadece odalar biraz küçük ve king size yatak için çarşaflar küçüktü ve tam oturmuyordu. Kahvaltı da gayet yeterliydi. Tavsiye ederiz.

Um ehrlich zu sein, habe ich mich auf die positiven Bewertungen verlassen. Wurde jedoch einem besseren belehrt. Bis auf die Freundlichkeit der Rezeption, gibt es nichts an dem Hotel zu loben. Preis-Leistung miserabel. Teppichboden verschmutzt, Klimaanlage kaum funktionsfähig, schlechter Parkplatz, dreckiges Zimmer, Möbel veraltet,,WC/ Duschbereich veraltet. Umgebung viel zu laut. Sorry aber es gibt leider nichts zu loben.
