Worst hotel experience ever. The room was extremely dirty, the staff were rude and completely unprofessional, and nothing matched what was advertised online. The bathroom smelled terrible, basic amenities were missing, and when I complained, nobody cared or tried to help. This place clearly does not respect its guests. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Total waste of money and time.

The hotel staff was very service minded and a big plus. The hotel itself is showing signa of being old. The window in my room had big cracks in it and were certainly not sound proof. TV was broken and the bathroom tub was dirty. Gym didn’t open until 0900 which is strange. Food was average, nothing to shout about. Selection was poor to mediocre. Price of beer was ridiculously high (450tl pr beer)! Problem was there were no menu stating the price. So you order and get the unpleasant surprice afterward.

Hotel is dated and in need of a refurb. I travel a lot and I have never been in a hotel where when you ask to borrow an iron and a board in the morning you are told “not before 6 PM”. When I made the point I needed for a meeting that morning I was told I could fill a form and pay for it but would not be delivered before an hour. Appalling!!!! Not coming back anytime soon. Rooms are not clean and furniture full of sigarette burns.

Fast check in / check out, friendly reception staff, wonderful and varied buffet breakfast, room was large. Extra cost ($25) for outdoor pool and free for the indoor pool. Perfect location if arriving to Sabiha airport, 5 minute drive to closest metro station. It is a hotel that had a golden age and tries to reclaim its place, but some things drag it back: the two shower towels had notorious old holes (see pictures), something unforgivable in a country that sells inexpensive great quality towels.
