Trendy Lara Hotel

The hotel itself was beautiful and the facilities were well-maintained, but I was quite disappointed with the level of customer service. The staff at the front desk were often unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving issues. In the restaurants, the waiters were slow to take orders, on occasions totally forgot to bring drinks and rarely checked in during meals, which made dining frustrating despite the nice food. Overall, the experience didn’t match the expectations for an all-inclusive resort, especially in terms of hospitality and service.

I expected more from Trendy Lara hotel. The location is far from shops and you have to get a taxi each time for €15. The dining options are repetitive and ALL the additional restaurants have a fee which expedia says it doesn't so the main one is always packed. The beach area isnt the nicest either. You have to get a boat to the area but they come every 5 minutes for your convenience. The rooms are given according to group size and not dependent on what ypu pay for. If you book a superior room they will either give you a double or single bed whilst it says you get both in the booking. They reserve these rooms for families. The room is more spacious but far distance from the lobby. There isnt much entertainment but the grounds are nice enough. The spa was another let down. I booked the full package but didnt feel like it was a great experience. Nice and okay but not great. The building is divided into 3 sections. I did appreciate that they have adult only areas for dining and bars. The carpets are dirty and stained in the family area. They should consider replacing them to make the hotel more luxurious. There's also ants in those rooms which the hotel staff seemed to be unbothered about. The cleaning staff came in the afternoon everyday. I even had to ask for the room to be cleaned on occasion because it just seems like they get round to it whenever. This is with the exception ofy checkout day. They were ready for us to get out and start cleaning from 10am.

Good selection of food in their buffet. Some meat options are over cooked. Informed their chef on site. Pool and Pool side bar is good. Large clean pool. Some minor repairs are necessary around property.. bottom of wall paper in bathrooms are coming off i.e. room#3424. Some broken tiles on floors leading to pool (easy repairs). Beach is not directly accessible from resort, everyone needs to jump on a pontoon boat to get to the other side of the river to access the beach..not a huge inconvenience 3-4 ride. Trash needs to be cleaned all around in the area getting on and off the pontoon boat.

The service was quite good,the food options was good however, dining at dinner was very busy and you had to wait in lines which was not ideal when dining with kids.

pros: - The food was varied and delicious, offering plenty of options for every taste. I would definitely recommend it. - The number of pools was sufficient, creating an ideal environment especially for families with children. - The aqua park and the number of sunbeds were more than enough, so we never had trouble finding a spot. - The animations and activities were designed for children, and we enjoyed them as a family. cons : - Unfortunately, the hotel staff were not friendly. From the reception to the restaurant, many employees seemed uninterested and unmotivated. - There was no service by the pool or at the beach, which I believe should be provided at a hotel of this level. - Stray dogs were roaming freely on the beach. While they seemed harmless, their presence was uncomfortable for some guests.

Był to nasz drugi pobyt w tym hotelu i wszystko było wspaniałe jak poprzednio. Fajna lokalizacja, świetnie jedzenie i bardzo dobra obsługa. Zdecydowanie polecamy i pewnie będziemy wracać.

Beutiful , everything in the hotel . No need to go out

Hotel was amazing i would try it again. I was just disappointed with the main restaurants being closed for refurbishment and the games room was never open but other than that people were great and the hotel was great

The food is amazing also the deserts And a lot of activities The swimming pool fantastic ….. But I don’t like some of the staff are unprofessional Also they don’t provide the iron .. should be pay extra 15 euro for 1 hour .. also I pay extra for birthday to do some surprises in the room they forgot .. and I’m unhappy they close water park for kids very quickly

I had booked 3 family suites and 1 standard room. The 3 family rooms I first received didn’t match the description/pictures shown on hotels.com & the AC’s didn’t cool for all 3 “FAMILY SUITES”. As per hotel management, as long as there is air coming out of the AC, it is working. After a long waste of my nights sleep and a long discussion with the hotels receptionist as well as hotel.com’s online chat service I was able to get assurance that it will be solved in the morning. However, when I approached the receptionist in the morning breaking my sleep early due to the boiling circumstances and rooms not in sleeping condition; the receptionist said that you can talk to the guest relations lady. The lady then said that I’ll try my best but our hotel is fully booked and we cannot do anything other than try and fix your AC’s. I didn’t like the sound of that as the technicians had visited our rooms 3 times already and managed to do nothing while they said it’s working now! I went back and talked to the online hotels.com chat who at first would not proceed as apparently the previous agent had left my complaint as solved which was incorrect! I managed to convince the new agent that if the complaint was solved I would know and to proceed with my complaint to the next level. The agent did so and told me to proceed to guest services. I went to the same lady who was very friendly (don’t remember her name) and managed to first change one of my rooms and then later all to a garden suite.

its our second time at this property, the first visit was amazing we havnt anything to complain about. But this time i was disappointed a little bit. The room cleanliness was terrible, i have finished dropped a shampoo bottle in the second day on the floor and it stayed there for 5 other days , they didn’t even bother themselves to clean it and remove it, even the floor was always dirty. On the other hand the food was good and the and the place is nice

One of worst experience ever. Once arrived at hotel, trendy lara staff informed me that they couldn’t find any reservation under my name and they are fully booked though i made reservation 2 months back and got my card debited and received emails confirmation from hotels.com I had to call hotels.com and it took more than 2 hours to sort things out and finally lara hotel found the resevation and all of the sudden they were no longer fully booked.

Big property, not enough pool facility for the guests, guests have to compete from 7 am to get any place at the poolside. really terrible condition, actually seen many guests fighting each other to occupy any space available!!! terrible. on the positive side the food in the main restaurant was good with fresh produce etc this was a real positive but the la carte restaurants specially the Italian was a fake and not good at all .

I’d like to say that the hotel was clean, modern and no problems with the sun beds. The problem that we had with our room was the musty smell which was constant. It seemed to be coming from the drains. We complained and were moved to a room on the lower floor but it was the same. In the end we bought air fresheners! This seemed a common problem on reviews. The main let down with this hotel is the food. On all travel agency sites it says it’s all inclusive with 6-7 restaurants .. be warned it isn’t!! You are tricked into this until you get there! We have stayed at many all inclusive hotels and never experienced this. Basically, the only all inclusive restaurant is the buffet. The other six are al la carte and they charge €7pp to book. The quality of some of the food in the buffet is very poor. Chicken casserole or stews are like rubber and very dry, food is very Turkish and a selection for children is non existent. Breakfast was the worst with ham and cheese or omelettes. You won’t seem bacon , maybe egg with tomato and onion which looks like an orange mush. So whilst you may be able to stomach a few of the buffets, by the first week you will be sick of it. This charge wasn’t around last year. We found out it’s new for 2018 as large groups were taking the whole restaurant. So they haven’t told the tour operators! Won’t go again!!

Value for money, great hotel, friendly staff. Shows every night to keep guest entertained. Is a bit of a distance from Antalya city centre, has shops close by
