We stayed at Wanda Vista for a night in 1 king bedroom apartment unit. The staff - front desk, baggage handler, breakfast crew - were friendly and attentive and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered some Asian options. The room was lovely and sizeable with kitchen - microwave, fridge and dishwasher - a couch, table and chairs in an eating/TV area separable from the bedroom by sliding doors, and a bathroom with rain shower and all-in-one washer/dryer. We plan on returning to this hotel, which was only 30 mıns from the Istanbul airport.

On arrival the hotel exterior is beautiful and was greeted by the hotel luggage staff. Yes, the room was delayed, however the manager on duty was exceptional she give us complimentary nibbles and drinks for the delay. Also, made my children feel welcome and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

The room was not cleaned until we called ant it ended being cleaned in the afternoon. It was tired begging to have the room clean. We called to have toilet lid fixed many times. They fixed and next time we sat was not fixed. The light outside did not turned in we asked to fix it. It was never fixed. — not good customer service— It was not a great experience.

We loved the rooms! Luxurious, spacious and clean daily. The hotel itself has amazing amenities and we came here to recover from surgery for the week and it made a huge difference to my recovery. Although not many restaurants nearby and the hotel food itself is really overpriced and not the best.
