Everything about the hotel was amazing. The beach is just breathtaking! Restaurant and shops are within walking distance. Awesome turn down service in the room. Pool and pool staff were quick and very friendly. Latoya in Coralli gave the best service! She’s so kind and accommodating. Breakfast was really good and those grits were cooked to perfection! Definitely should be a daily menu item! Can’t wait to return!

The moment we checked in the service was excellent. Bendjina welcomed us with the most beautiful smile and kind hospitality. She then walked us to our room and made us feel at home. We had the best holiday ever!!!

Outdated property, poor amenities except for the gym. Dining experience with subpar for a Ritz-Carlton, very expensive for what you get. Limited seating outside, no music around the beach area, and just subpar in general. It should knock the building out, build something else or call this place the holiday in Plus.

Excellent service and great room. Clean and you can tell they keep up with maintenance. My whole family enjoyed themselves. They can accommodate babies, toddlers to adults. Will definitely come back.

There’s nothing 5-stars about this hotel. It is not worth the money. You’re paying them to flood your bathroom so you can be stuck in your room for 3 hours and then offered nothing in return for the inconvenience but a “I’m sorry.” Buyer beware. Ritz Carlton is not what it used to be.

Overpriced and the shower didn’t work. We asked them to fix it and instead they flooded the entire bathroom and we couldn’t leave our room for 3 hours. They could only give us an apology for the inconvenience. As a hotel that prides itself on guest care, this hotel is horrible and not worth the money. I wish I could get a refund.

Wonderful staff however I would argue that the price does not include food, drink, transportation, or even excursions. Everything except where you sleep is out of pocket.
