The Arabian Park hotel was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff looked after us well. Merhana on reception was amazing and so helpful when I needed an early check in with a young child. The pool is very clean and loungers are freely available. The food is nice. The room was spacious, comfortable bed and clean. The only minor thing I would suggest is more railings in the bathroom to hang wet towels etc. Also sometimes, it was a bit noisy outside the hotel at night but otherwise all good.
A great stay, would definitely recommend and would stay there again if I am in Dubai again

Hotel staff are polite and helpful. Hotel is clean. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. We stayed in this hotel for a week and we enjoyed every minute of it.

Big issues with constant noise from sports cars reving their engines at the front parking of the hotel. The windows of the hotel are not double glazed. Noise was a big issue 24/7.

The hotel was okay and clean but the food wasn’t as good as I thought and there’s nothing to do in regards to activities apart from going to the gym/pool. They do have leaflets for experiences and stuff to do outside the hotel.

booked a room at Arabian Park Dubai, but they gave me the wrong room, and they said that is the only thing available. They put me in Arabian Park Apartments, which was no where near to what I had booked. My booking was for a King bed room, with balcony, which was supposed to be an upper floor with the city view. All I got was a apartment on the ground floor. It did not meet my expectations, booking explanation and way different from the description.
It is unfair, as it ruined my experience, my vacation, and it did not meet my expectations. Neither the room or the hotel was upto the expectations of the description while I booked. Also, this was not communicated to me previously and was told on the spot when I checked in.
I would like my money back for all of this inconvenience that they have caused me.

It was a nice experience having to spend our stay in Arabian park . However , it would have been nicer if they could improve their shower room, bath room facilities. Overall I recommend this hotel!
