Amazing. Gorgeous hotel. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite with daily breakfast as well as afternoon snacks and access to happy hour (alcohol unlimited for 2 hrs) for a very fair price. Staff is absolutely amazing— have travelled all over the world and have never ever been treated like this… they truly treat you like royalty. The waterpark and aquarium are included for free daily. No need to spend on costly all inclusive costs— we ordered dinner nightly via the careem or talabat app (like uber eats) for a very reasonable price. Taxis are readily available and very honest— price is what the meter says. Cannot wait to go back.

This was our second stay at the Atlantis and it was again absolutely fabulous. I can really recommend to book the full board package as you have a lot of nice restaurant options and extras. My kids (6 and 7 years) loved the waterpark. We had a fantastic time.

The property itself is maintained very well, and the pool and waterpark are excellent, with well-trained staff. What stands out most is the unlimited access to waterpark and aquarium, which gave us the luxury of taking our time in exploring the attractions at our own pace. To top it all off, there was a free and prompt shuttle service to the waterpark run by staff who were helpful and polite.
The kids club is kids-only so that gave us adults ample time to go get shopping done.
However, the hotel can be overwhelmed with guests at peak times such as check-in, and the staff may not relay necessary information due to the high work load. For example, we had to find out about the shuttle service and the kids club on our own. We were also not offered porter service with our luggage. Housekeeping, while clean and efficient, was a little strange at times but this is probably dependent on the staff member you get assigned to your room.
Other than these things, we enjoyed the hotel very much. When we did not feel like eating in the hotel, we had the option of taking a scenic monorail out to the mall, which had plenty of options.

This hotel has exceptionally good customer service, every single member of staff went above and beyond to meet your wants. Lots to do within the grounds like many restaurants shops activities . I particularly liked the safe beach and calm swimming water. There were minor stuff like cleaner over tidying if that is possible but with good intent I suppose. Can’t wait to visit again

Kids friendly , Staff hospitality is perfect.
unfortunately , I gave three stars only because they are missing very important factor which is SAFETY , specifically in their Water Park in WAVE HOUSE
all the team there are lacking of SAFETY awareness including the manager there.
to be honest I had an accident on 8th June morning time , but on 7th June the team were professional.
My daughter got hurt on 8th June and was bleeding from his mouth , staff didn't guide her at this day at all and even didn't check how worst is her injury!!
And when I complained to their manager, at least to go there and investigate my complaint and make sure no one should got hurt again , simply he was defending them and informing that injury could happen any time any place regardless staff unawareness / not implemented of safety regulation.
