Amazing stay, had a 2 bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, location is great on the JBR walk, only challenge was the bathroom which is dated and needs more maintenance

We had a lovely suite but did have to get the plumber in not once but twice to fix an issue. Staff were responsive and friendly, hotel was extremely busy at pool, perhaps due to April timing. Great access to beach. Delicious hotel buffet

They call you before the check out time and don’t provide any minute for late check out

The service was poor. They did not want to accept my 2 suitcases in their left luggage whilst I was away for 2 days. I had to make alternate arrangements elsewhere.

The front desk team received me warmly and made every effort to welcome me and also to allow me an early check in, this's was hugely appreciate. All in all the entire team from front desk to porters were all smiles and very accommodating. I’ll be back.

This hotel is really beautiful, our stay was wonderful, we want to come back. The service was extremely good, we enjoyed this place very much.

Great hotel in a great location.

The property is very clean but the rooms are dated. Restaurant staff is friendly but they nickel and dime you for absolutely everything. Front desk staff was not a good experience, they are who you interact with the moment you walk into the property and start your vacation so that wasn't great. I do not recommend using the tour desk on property, he overcharges a lot! I ended up booking my desert safari through Emirates airline instead and paid a little less than half of what he was going to charge, the desert safari I booked through Emirates was amazing. Side note - museum of the future is not worth the entrance fee, it is however worth going and admiring the outside of the building. There is absolutely nothing worth seeing on the inside, I was sick over what I ended up spending to get into that place.

Everyone from the staff was amazing very friendly and accommodating. Great place to stay. I’m sad I have to leave.

We moved to this hotel from a five star hotel on the Palm and really wish we had have stayed here from the start. Hotel staff were great - extremely helpful & attentive - great location just a few mins walk to the Walk - really clean and well equipped two bedrooms apartment - but to me the best thing was the pool area - really modern, extremely relaxing, spacious, lots of sun beds and lovely big pool. I have been to Dubai five times now and stayed in some really nice hotels - but will probably use this as my go to base for future visits.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms, diverse breakfast, amazing swimming pool and beach.
