The hotel's interior is classy, the bed is super comfortable. We slept wonderfully. Otherwise, the service is not worth the price and the 5 stars by far.
The prices in the hotel are completely overpriced. 10 USD for a non-alcoholic drink. The menu on the beach is minimal and the food is just OK. We didn't go to the other restaurants so we can't judge the food there.
The beach was very loud and crowded, it must be said that it was school holidays. But an area for adults only to relax would be more than desirable at this price range. The service on the beach was very poor, you had to go and find someone to help you find a place and then to order drinks or ice cream you sometimes had to get someone because no one came by.
The room service also leaves a lot to be desired. We ordered ice cubes, lemon and water. First they forgot the lemon and water. Then they immediately forgot the water again, which we then canceled because it took over 40 minutes. Then they tried to sell us a pizza at double the price because we apparently didn't mention the restaurant, although we did.
The spa is very nice, but the service is poor. We were told that it was open until 9:30, but at 9:10 p.m. they turned off the sauna and started cleaning, and even came to say that the spa was closing soon. We felt stressed and not relax…how it should be in a spa like this.To sum it all up. It is a nice hotel with stylish decor and a nice spa. However, it is overpriced. And the service is like a 3 star hotel.

This was my sixth trip to Dubai, but my first stay at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray—and it did not disappoint. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the cleanliness is exceptional. The facilities are top-notch, with the spa being a particular highlight.
We stayed in a family room, which was very spacious and kept impeccably clean throughout our stay.
Opting for the half-board package with club access proved to be a great choice. The restaurants and club lounge offered excellent dining options, and breakfast was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of choices.
The only downside was the pebble beach, which wasn’t as comfortable as a sandy shore. However, this didn’t take away from an otherwise fantastic holiday. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return.

The staff are amazingly polite and courteous. It is a beautiful hotel with great facilities. The only issue I had was that I purchased half board at the hotel, but for some reason it didn't register on their system, and that was the case for my entire stay. So every time I went for a meal or breakfast, I had to explain what had happened and that the staff would need to contact reception to confirm. The staff were always polite about this and I never encountered any obstacles regarding this, but it was rather annoying.
Separately, I faced major issues booking via expedia, as I had initially paid for half board via expedia, but for some reason it wasnt showing on my booking confirmation. This is a technical issue on Expedia. I contacted Expedia and explained what had happened, even explained to them that I had paid the higher price due to the inclusion of the half board, but their response was that prices are dynamic and that I hadnt paid for half board.
