Excellent long weekend stay, from the initial view of the outside, right through to check out, everything was first class. Every member of staff was very friendly, the food was good and room clean. Position of hotel is excellent, right in centre of St Helier.

Room was far smaller than I have had previously which was dissatisfying room right next to the lift .
Service good although when resting in the room cleaner would knock to check if cleaning satisfactory.
Whilst this is a good initiative it would be good if they text and asked you yes or no .

We were looked after from our arrival, till our departure. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was superb. Takis and his team made our check-in a breeze. Our room was serviced to the best standard every day.
Breakfast was a real treat every morning and we were so looked after by Duncan, Carlos and their brilliant team.
We have stayed at the Pomme D'Or previously and, no doubt, we will be staying there again.

The hotel is near the water in St. Hellier and is a short walk to anything. We were warmly greeted, made aware of options for food and drink and enjoyed the dining. All is all a very good experience!
