Great pp working there

Not bad thank you guys.

I have no idea how this place got all of the great reviews and I will never ever rely on reviews again to make a reservation. Easy check in was the only plus There were ants in the bathroom. The shower head leaked and sprayed onto the floor - no way to stop it. No rug or extra towels provided. Only the cold water worked in the bathroom sink and it sprayed so hard it made a mess. The mattress - I don't even have words to describe. AND, there was no parking. We had to park on the street behind the hotel. Looked like there might be permanent residents there.

The room looked uninhabitable. It looked like a place that you go to commit suicide when I try to get my money back through Expedia I was on the phone for over an hour with a gentleman that couldn’t get my email address right when I expressed my irritation, he told me he didn’t have to do it for me and that he was canceling the return. I will never do business with Expedia again this was the worst experience of my life.

Customer service was amazing. We asked to switch rooms, original room, just was not comfortable didn’t work out for our stay so after one night we have to switch paid the difference not a huge difference with satisfied with the cost and room change. Wish the beds were a little bit more comfortable.

The beds looks dirty and the shower was the same. I don’t do any complaints because I was so tired from a long drive, but the price doesn’t reflect in the price. I don’t recommend.

This was an amazing stay, staff were very kind, attentive and help out in as many ways as they could accommodate. Booked something last minute and had a great stay!

Don’t even has a plastic cup in the room

The sheets from my bed have blood stains I told the person in charge and never came to the room to check I take them off and sleep with nothing on the bed I try to get another room on a different hotel but all the hotel are fully book never come back to this hotel

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. I arrived around 1 AM, and the front desk staff handed me the key, telling me to come back in the morning if I had any issues. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, so the next morning around 9 AM, after spending one night, I requested a room change. They told me I could come back at noon, but I had a ski ticket and couldn’t afford to waste that time. When I returned to my room at 7 PM, I saw that their only “solution” was opening the WC window—and they even forgot to close it. Additionally, the WC door wouldn’t close completely, making it uncomfortable to use the bathroom. More concerning, the room had no smoke detector, which is a serious safety issue. To make matters worse, the staff showed little concern for my complaints and even suggested that if I was unhappy, I could cancel my reservation. The lack of customer service, poor room conditions, and safety concerns made my stay very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Not the type to write reviews, but my room was extremely dirty. Like stains on the wall, huge amounts of dust, and ants in the bathroom. Didn't even want to use shower. Would recommend staying elsewhere.

Both rooms smelled bad as well both where really dirty

I honestly am very disappointed. The staff asked me inappropriate questions when I was checking in and it was disturbing. Additionally for the price of the stay, we had no hot water in our sink and even the cold water that came out was spouting all over the place whenever you turned it on, the ice machine was broken, and also the WiFi was struggling to work. I honestly think I deserve some of my money back.

The room is small. There's no chairs or table. A bit inconvenient as the only place sit is on the bed. Not enough cloth hangers. They should invest a little of those small things to make guests a bit convenient.

Its a little dated but the staff we very accomodating, everything worked, and was very clean.

There was bugs and food crumbs on the floor and we were offered drugs by the person in the room next to us. My husband broke out with an allergy attack so we left to a new hotel and enjoyed the rest of our trip there.

Dirty place

Everything was broken and smelled very bad. The shower was not working so we couldn't take a shower.
