AC Hotel by Marriott New Orleans French Quarter

Great place and conveniently located to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. I was disappointed because I did pay for the added breakfast option but when I checked in, they did not say anything about where that was or what the hours were. I remembered on the last morning to check and I saw that I did at breakfast. I went down but it ended at 10 and I got down there at 9:59 am and was turned away. I feel like the reminder should have been included upon check-in. My room was also right by the elevator and was fairly loud on and off as people came and went throughout the night. I would stay there again, but hopefully not by the elevator.

We spent one night before our cruise. Very clean and quiet. Close to Bourbon Street.

Facility was clean. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five stars is because the television in my room didn't work.

Internet did not work in room, the TV offered Netflix but could never connect. The TV went off for over 2 days and did not allow me to use it. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned the toilet was filthy and the bed had stains. I would not stay here again

Close to French Quarter, with lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. Rooms are on the smaller side, but not tiny. Basic necessities were available, room quiet and beds comfortable. Would recommend for proximity to surrounding areas and local streetcars.

The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful.... Everyone smiled and always asked if things were going ok for us. The hotel is not far from Bourbon Street but just far enough where we could get good sleep so we could go enjoy Bourbon Street the next day, also next block had a couple local eateries that had drink specials and played good music

Bathroom was dirty and the shower flooded the bathroom. Room was not clean. Worst experience! They did nothing to comfort us when we reported the dirty toilet and flooded bathroom. Only stayed 1/3 days! Checked out the very next day and found the Fontenot

Manager was nice. Inside was a bit wanting. Breakfast too expensive. Audacity to expect $26 for coffee. “Coffee pot is put out into lobby only after breakfast.” So I had to buy a $6 coffee across the street before going out for a run at 7:30 am. I had breakfast for $26 on day 1 for its convenience. Nice hot eggs but on day 2, the gall of the morning reception to state the policy was $26 for just a cup of coffee was beyond and shocked the conscience. I depleted in room coffee by declining room service day 1, and used it up on day 0, afternoon of arrival on red eye from Seattle. On Night 2, evening, night clerk declined to allow me to take a complimentary water up to my room; which had been allowed in friendliness on night 1 a because again, I had declined room service and bottles of water were taken to drink on day 0 (arrival). I also bought about $18 in snacks on the concession on night 0. This property needs some TLC and training on freebies to normal guests. The lady manager is doing a good job with what she’s got. Need some more staff training and I need a free hotel room with Marriott Bonvoy or AC for this below expectation experience. Thank you. At least everyone was hospitable, southern and polite, but you cannot reason or explain with some people. It makes perfect sense to me that coffee and water were depleted because I declined room cleaning on Morning 1. Please consider issuing a (partial) refund or offering a complementary night voucher. Thank you very much.

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location just one block from Bourbon Street. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room was clean. It was unfortunate that they could not provide a remote for the tv (not that it really mattered as the French Quarter is much more interesting), that the room safe was not operable, and that the shower did not work too well. It is in an amazing location, convenient for the party animals, and those wanting to explore this amazing city. The St Charles Streetcar passes right by the hotel so convenience could not. E better. A little attention to detail and it would have been amazing.

the hotel structure itself was not great. the room was good but the price was too high for the quality of the room. the shower and bathroom was great.

Very small rooms, slow elevators and the valet service took extremely long when retrieving your vehicle.

On Monday 4/7 was laying in bed and all you could smell was pot. Walked out of the room and smelled it slightly. Went down to the Lobby and it was overwhelming. Found hair in the Bathroom. Would not stay at this place again
