The staff was nice

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Close enough to the strip without being loud and annoying. It was easy to get in and out of the hotel instead of being trapped in a casino. 2 blocks to the monorail which made it easy to get to the strip without having to take Ubers. Close to a bike share location so getting downtown was also super easy. Breakfast was included which was nice. It wasn’t a normal dumpy continental breakfast, but didn’t include coffee though. Parking was easy, convenient and free. Definitely would stay here again!

I booked this hotel so I could be near the airport for an early flight. It was the cheapest so I booked it last minute. This place is amazing! A very classy and clean establishment with wonderful workers. Everyone I encountered was so friendly and helpful. Charles the bartender was my favorite. Such a great human and employee. The rooms are very clean and very nice. Parking was nice and convenient, especially if you have luggage. Check in was quick and efficient. I will absolutely stay here again the future and highly recommend this hotel. My only complaint would be- and it may hav what been my room (303)- was the water pressure in the shower was quite low. Wasn’t an unpleasant shower, just a little cold and took longer than usual. Other than that, a wonderful place. And for anyone wondering, the rooms do have refrigerators. I couldn’t find anything online about it so I assumed they didn’t have any but they actually have a good sized fridge in the room.

Great service. Convenient restaurants. Very nice breakfast included with room. Great pizza at Ottimo's. Away from traffic stress. No casino on sight - nice break. We love the hotel and choose it as our first choice in Las Vegas.

Free made to order breakfast, free parking, no resort fee. Everyone was grateful when tipped. Security was helpful & walking around often enough to feel secure. The restaurants & coffee shop on site were all phenomenal. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with our stay!

This property is very nice and clean.

Property was clean, with a cafe on site as well as other restaurant options. The area near the back of the hotel was a little questionable but we felt safe the whole time as we saw security walking around at all times. Would stay here again.

Friendly and nice people. Excellent service, cleanliness, excellent breakfast. We got a nice, clean and spacious room. Nice view of the strip. We’ll come back for sure.

A beautiful and peaceful hotel, exceptionally clean. Breakfast is included and served in a lovely restaurant. The swimming pool is small but very clean. The staff are wonderful, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, including coffee and smoothie spots. We loved our stay—thank you!

This is the first time I stay at this boutique hotel. First thing I noticed was the staff members are polite and take initiative to help. The moment any member of security or maintenance noticed their guests are pointing all over and gesturing where to go, they immediately asked if the guests needed help and will even walk them half way to guide them where to go. The room was spotless and the shower area was very clean. Parking was great maybe because there weren’t too many people staying there. The only thing negative experience I had was the moment I entered the room, it was all red. Not because of the wall but there is this red window tint covering the entire building windows so during daytime it literally gives me a headache unless I close the curtain completely, but then I lose the outside view. Other than that, if you don’t mind the red, I highly recommend this place if you don’t walk outside to explore. From my window view from the 8th floor I had a clear view of the infamous unsafe neighborhood behind The Strat hotel next door.
