This was an amazing experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was top tier. I cannot say enough about the incredible people who work there as they elevated our experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We really liked the convenience of the hotel in terms of location. Very close to Fulton Statiom subway, Freedom Tower, 911 Memorial, and Battery Park. Jose was very helpful with answering questions and suggestions for dinner and biking in Central Park.
