It’s a nice hotel, and we’ve stayed there one other time. The price is very fair, the breakfast is pretty good, and the bed was comfortable. We discovered the walls are thin because my husband heard the tv next door for many hours during the night. Also, all of the trash cans in the breakfast area were full to overflowing. I guess the attendant had no time to empty them, or maybe that wasn’t her job. The coffee was great!

Check-in was good, friendly and efficient. The hotel is new and the room was a pet-friendly accessible room with a tile floor. One of the beds was messy (looked as though it may have been used). We didn't care since we were only using one bed. Noise level was good, light blocking screens were great. The breakfast was not good. The hot food was over-microwaved and the coffee was watery. However the cereals, breads, etc. were fine.

My first time staying at an Avid hotel. It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel was new and clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was OK, but my good nights sleep was more important.

Property was very clean and staff were friendly. It was close and convenient for what we needed. My only complaint was that the internet didn’t work most nights and our tv and streaming services didn’t work. We spent 30minutes on the phone one night with IT just have to call front desk and they tell us it hasn’t been working but they forgot to tell us.

0/10 recommend. no customer service, noisy due to "false" fire alarms, not clean, housekeeping didn't complete room clean.

New hotel conveniently located off the exit so easy access . Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was grab and go but worked for me ( not a big breakfast person) overall great hotel .
