The Balfour Hotel was the perfect oasis for my 30th birthday celebration. I booked several queen double rooms and was very pleased by the spaciousness, cleanliness, and comfort! The bathrooms were a little tight for a group of 4 per room, but it was manageable and we had more than enough towels. I especially appreciated the beach towel, chair, and umbrella services! All the staff were great and made us feel welcome. The location is awesome!

No tiene opciones para sentarse en el lobby. Todo son mesas y las personas que nos hospedamos no podíamos disfrutar del mismo. El área de la terraza no hay nada de ventilación, no tienen ni un ventilador con agua para el disfrute. No vuelvo a quedarme.

Very close to the beach, sunbeds included in the price of the room. Very expensive parking close to the hotel. No noise from a street. the staff was horrible. We paid for breakfast but no one told us that it included only a toast and fruits - they agree to change it to salad once - they still owe us money for breakfast. They just lied - otherwise it would be great hotel.

The room was cute and boys (ahes 9 and 11) loved the bunkbeds but we could hear upstairs clomping around and air conditioned leaked all over the floor. The staff were accommodating and offered to change our room but it was more hassle than it was worth with a 1 night stay

On Expedia the price states "includes fees and taxes" but on the receipt it states $45 resort fee due on property. This was frustrating. Then we got into our room and I opened the curtains to find half of the drywall falling down with mold (photo), we moved rooms and our next room had a leaking air conditioner with water all over the front of the wardrobe (the only place to put clothes) and the floor. We finally settled in the 3rd room.
They gave us a coupon for a free welcome drink - but didn't tell us it was only for beer and champagne.
However, the staff was nice enough - definitely didn't go out of their way to be helpful or offer to help move our bags from room to room.
