Love love love the Bally’s side of the hotel rooms Johnny rockets, Dunkin Donuts & a little Asian restaurant pizza & subs and an arcade all in the building. Great spot every time I go to a concert @Broadwalk Hall

My car was damaged in the valer parking. Supervisor trying to tell me it was there when I arrived Friday night. My car was just released after 30 day os being in the auto body shop on April 30th. The valet driver that morning left my keys on the driver side ground. I had to caught hin to give him the ticket & his tip cause I believe he did not want to standing there when we noticed the damaged.

Overall stay was fine . I did not like called for housekeeping for blankets spoke with operator , but had to call back down again and was told by housekeeping never got the message and waited 4hrs for blankets. The area where ice machine was on the floor where my room was smelled of urine.

Biggest issue for this SENIOR was the moving walkway DID NOT MOVE at all the entire weekend! Had to make 6 trips with my luggage back and forth and the leaving part was UPHILL! As far as room went when I arrived I spilled some ice on bare flooring and when I wiped it up the towel was no longer white. The safe needed a new motor which they could not replace during my stay. The room had plenty of space and charging station plugs were plentiful and in great working order. On a side note the fees explained thru hotels .com ( that were due to hotel upon arrival)were lower than the hotel issued.HOTEL EXPLAINATION.....COM INCORRECT MOTHER'S DAY WEEKEND HIGHER FEES

I enjoyed my stay Mother's day weekend, Check in was slow and I did not like the smoking/non smoking being so close as a non smoker, The rooms could use some updating, but I was upgraded and loved the upgrade, great space, and comfortable beds. The staff was pleasant and nice. Also Valet was great as well.

Stayed for 2 nights and the guests next door partied all night long. I called the front desk, who then transferred me to security. The person that works in security told me someone would come up, never happened! When I checked out, the supervisor to me they can't control people. Don't stay here if you want to get sleep because management/security does not care!!

Clean and professional looking. Our only issue was that we had 2 hair dryers that did not work. We contacted the main desk and after 48hrs the issue was still not resolved

It was good as far as the rooms they were spacious and clean. The location was perfect to everything on the Boardwalk. But they dont have enough restaurants at night you have a bar open very late people are drinking but not enough late night eats to accommodate people was disappointing.

I liked the staff and the room we stayed in (in the Bally section which I believe was new), but did not like that we had to traverse the entire 27th floor with our luggage because the signs directed us that way to get to 2732. I also, for a nearly $400 room, expected to get two bottles of water for our room and not to have to pay for water at the bar to bring to my room.
