I don't remember the last time I was in a hotel room no smoking rooms and smoking in the same floor, The bedroom and the floor was so noisy. We found some one shoot sering in the room. I didn't stay I left at 9:00 pm.

Everything was amazing overall , only minor flaw I didn’t consider very professional was address the pool being closed due to seasonal cleaning “December thru March “on there website , i personally booked for the pool and pretty sure a lot others do as well , but everything else was great ,

I was scolded by the night manager and threatened Regarding my service dog Hart at him because she was telling him that I was not feeling well. I guess he didn’t get the memo. My GSD Is a medical alert service dog for diabetic symptoms and that manager told me that I’d have to have the dog removed if she barked. Needless to say I will not return here. I have shortened my stay because The situation was very scary and disregulating for me. I felt Very distressed and demeaned. I have tried very hard to make sure Katie has been quiet. The fire door at the end of my hallway is duct taped As the lock is broken and needs to be fixed. Initially they tried to lock the fire door, which is a violation of state fire law.

I would have gave a 0 star but thats not an option. Burn holes in sheets, mold in the bathroom, rips in the sheets. Pool was closed and the complimentary breakfast was a joke. Watered down jucie and the bagles and bread were hard as a rock. I would not recommend ever staying here.

The desk staff was wonderful!! Went overboard with their friendly, helpful ways.
The housekeeping staff, however, was neglectful and untrustworthy.
I went to make a cup of coffee on my first morning there and there was an old, moldy pod in the basket. I wrote a note stating just that: I couldn’t make coffee because the pot is not cleaned. I left the basket open with the written note on top. When I returned that evening the coffee pot looked exactly the same (dirty) and my note was gone. Trash was not emptied, bathroom was not cleaned, and my phone charger I left on the nightstand was missing.
I left a $5.00 tip on that nightstand when I checked out 2 days later,(which I now regret doing).
I probably won’t book there again.

Firstly they have the pool closed because they cannot afford to hire someone. They did not offer breakfast, they had eggo waffles and a prepackaged donut. No blankets only sheets. No pillows, the pillows they did offer on the bed were throw pillows. The beds in 6 different rooms you could feel the bed springs in your back. Overall the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. I stayed at that location for my step daughter's wedding . No room discount was offered because i booked through expedia
