Baymont by Wyndham Branson - On the Strip

Got there and the guy at the front desk was very rude. He would not let us stay in the handicap room because my 100% handicap husband had his little 5 pound service dog with him. So therefore we had to take a room that had really high tub in it so My husband couldn't raise his legs high enough to get in the shower to take a shower. The lobby was packed full of people and was been really rude with me in front of all these people. He checked in this other lady that came in after me before he even finished with me he said that he was going to call security on me before I got out of hand I was not beening loud or anything I just told him I needed a handicap room for my husband that we can't be there 4 days without him being able to shower. Then he said he would cancel my room and we could go somewhere else but it would take 7 to 10 days to get my money back. I don't have that kind of money where I can rent another then wait on my other money to come back to me. The lady behind me checked in with a animal that she called service animal and he gave her the room without a problem.

We were there for a nephews wedding and we were close to the wedding venue! The rooms were fantastic! Had everything you could want and we were handy for site seeing in our free time!

Service was friendly. But very disappointed in the pool area. The pool area was 96 degrees Fahrenheit which is unacceptable to be able to watch your children swim when it feels like we're in a sauna. There were no fans going there was no ventilation whatsoever and no doors open or windows open. The thermometer on the wall red 96°. I could not tolerate sitting in there to watch my 9-year-old granddaughter swim. Which cut her swimming short. Very disappointed.

There was "stuff" on the bed frame that looked like bodily fluids. A literal burger by the toilet paper. I had to keep asking for towels and for them to change the trash and the carpet was wet the 1st day like they had shampooed it without letting it dry. Would NOT recommend staying here!!

Was a great location for what we needed. Gentleman checking us in late Thursday night was very helpful and fast to get us in our rooms after a lo g drive late at night.

The hotel staff was nice. We drove two vehicles to the hotel and dropped one off to take one to travel around town. Came back to find my truck had been towed and $300 dollars later. Got it back and tried to not let it ruin our trip. Breakfast was good the next morning. Will definitely be staying somewhere else when we come back.

The front desk staff was horrendous and the facilities were just not up to par. The same trash stayed on the floors in the hallways and guest entrances the entirety of my stay. Quite honestly one of the worst experiences I've had in my life

I can’t say enough good things about this stay. From the time I checked in till I checked out this was hands down better hotel then the Hilton I stayed at in Kansas City.

My husband and I took our two young grandchildren (6 & 8 y/o) to Branson since our grandchildren had never been to Branson before. When we arrived in Branson, we went straight to the hotel and checked in. Check in was quick and easy. That even we spent our time at the hotel pool. The next day we had plans to do things, in which we did, so the kid's weren't able to enjoy the pool that day. The following day after having breakfast which was good, I spend half the day with the kid's at the pool. I said, I could have saved a lot to money if I had not planned out other things to do and just spent our whole time at the hotel pool. Of course the kid's have never been on a vacation nor have they ever stayed in a hotel.

I liked it all. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Branson.

Staff was friendly and quick! Loved the indoor pool and hot tub. There were even towels provided at the pool. The room was nice and cozy for the price. I can tell the hotel has either been recently renovated or used to allow smoking inside.

The front desk staff was not very nice. Roger was rude and the host on Monday was rude and yelled at some young kids. The hot tube was not hot most of the time. It needs fixed. The pool area was not very well kept. I will say the cleaning staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The biggest thing they need is better staff. Probably should start with management.
