Expedia malfunction system for Hotels prices after VIEW DEAL Once details of my trip (location and staying dates) were input, Trivago.com provided with results, which were sorted out by "price", and the top one was $74.00 per night for the "Microtel Inn Wyndham Henrietta" (see GREEN ARROW), that was selected BUT, the next step (NEXT PAGE) provided with a different higher cost, of $84.00 (see RED ARROW), and the process continued throughout WITH THAT HIGHER PRICE, and not THE PROMISED originally offered of $74.00 You can see in your system that this is a legitimate transaction made by myself, with my Credit Card, full name, and these screen captures are not fake, nor made up, nor false. We did enjoy our stay. The facility was very neat and clean. Look like it had recently been remodeled. The breakfast was lacking a little bit, mostly breads, cereal and waffles.

The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. We were placed in a handicap room which had no closets or restroom counters. It wasn't cleaned very well. The staff was great 😃. She was very friendly and checked us in right away. The bed was comfortable. It was a decent stay for one night.

Not enough toilet paper in the room smell of marijuana Fire alarms covered with bags rooms smell like cigarettes,rooms are not sound proof, the only staff I made contact with was Shawna beautiful customer service well spoken very no excellent help from her was leaving my room stopped in the hall asked her if I can have new blankets in my room blankets had coffee stains on them from previous people who stayed there asked for more towels shawna was the only one who made certain my needs were satisfied, other wise my stay was okay with my girlfriend from Friday to Sunday thanks to Shawna.... excellent customer service excellent in making certain customers like myself get what I need thank you Shawna... 5 stars for her

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but was cleaned shortly after. The beds were comfortable and we had a good stay for the price.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and condition of this property, given its price and that it was for Sunday evening of Labor Day weekend. It's either quite new or recently updated, and everything was in fine shape. the front desk staff members were both friendly and helpful. I appreciated that the mandatory deposit was only $50, and I continue to wish Hotels.com would publish that actualy percentage or amount at booking. Those of us with debit cards have to ensure we can cover it. My only quibble is that there are literally dozens of very bright exterior spotlights all night from the building to the grounds and parking lot. It was OK for me as my room window did not face any others, but I now know why there are heavy blinds in my room and presumably all of them.

Staff were lovely, but the rooms had dirty stained sheets. We tried 2 rooms, each was equally as dirty. Plus, so much air freshener! The scents were so strong it made my eyes water & set off my allergies. NO ELEVATOR! We ended up not staying.
