Great property. Everything is clean and modern. Front desk staff was great. And a big shout out to the hard working lady who did the complimentary breakfast. She was really nice to everyone, and she was zooming around working really hard. I'd definitely reccomend this place and will stay there again the next time were in New Bedford!

Better than most, quiet, clean, decent breakfast, only complaint was it not starting until 7am on weekends.

The room was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large and the shower had good pressure. It was convenient to have a refrigerator and a microwave in addition to the coffee maker. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is slightly above average. They had a decent breakfast. It was extremely expensive, but didn't want to go searching for something else. There is also a great BBQ joint nearby. Access to the hotel is difficult from the highway.

Great clerk for check in, clean room, poor choice at breakfast-literally 2 slices of bread, 1/2 English muffin, 2 small honey buns, and 1 blueberry muffin and 1 chocolate muffin. The hot items were just okay

The property was convenient for our needs, however the room was tired, the bathroom fan didn't do anything, the room was stuffy (maybe HVAC issue), the pool was not open, the breakfast was below par in quality with some equipment broken, and they charge to park in an empty parking lot. I would not stay at this property again.

All the staff at the front desk where professional and had excellent customer service for the dates we spent in the hotel 04/28 to 04/30 the housekeeper on those dates where very professional and courteous and did an excellent cleaning job
