Not a great place to stay for business travelers (no desk in my room), and definitely nota great play to stay over the summer. Their "air conditioner" (which is really a mini split) did nothing to reduce the humidity in the room, and never got to temperature. I was sweating in my sleep all 3 nights. It was one of the most miserable experiences I've had in a hotel in a very long time.

Property is deteriorating- boardwalk broken and in shambles and taped off - i hate saying it but although the room was clean (i had a renovated room) the housekeeping was very poor - no replacement of towels or coffee - bed wasn’t made some days - property needs some love
