The staff was very friendly, the restaurant on site had good food. Bed was comfortable & the room was quiet....did not hear anyone in the hallway or above us....the only draw back was the pool & hot tub were closed & my husband & I were looking forward to using the hottub after driving all day

Friendly staff, clean property, good ambiance, next part is their breakfast (lucky duck restaurant- cooked fresh). I wish the pool was operational.

I did not like that the exterior doors hoing into the hotel were not ever locked during the dsy and evening. I am unsure if they were locked past 9:00 PM. My refrigerator in my room was not cold, warm at best, so unusable.
The staff were excellent; friendly and helpul.

The pool has been closed for a very long time but that isnt noted. The desk staff is hard to find they are in an office with a closed door ignoring the counter. Check in was an hour late because they hadnt finished cleaning. Breakfast was a mess... waited almost an hour to be seated and wasnt acknowledged. Drinks came after the food. Go early if you want breakfast. Dont get the orange juice. Again repeating that the desk amanagement was just outright rude to everyone waiting. One family waiþed over an hour to check in and most had to wait at least half. Had to point out dog poop in the hallway and they seemed upset that i even mentioned it. The room was clean and the beds were nice though. Bring your own shampoo. Theres are tiny and smell bad.

The pool was not in "service" and apparently had been that way for some time, without any timeframe on repairs.
Carpet and bathrooms were in pretty bad shape, as well as the windows allowing dust to blow into the rooms.

Was disappointed to find that the hot tub and swimming pool were down.
Also, our shower had a slow, slow drain. Ended up with water up to my ankles!

One main reason we stayed here for indoor pool which happened to be without water and under maintenance which could was not disclosed before we arrived. Hard to have someone help promptly at front desk.

The pool they showed in ads was broken. Spa not working. Staff at restaurant were inconsiderate to us having vouchers to get breakfast..they argued with me over there unprepared for guests??? Isn't that there job?? Coffee pot broken they did replace it. My husband drinks alot of coffee..and most of the time the front desk were able to have a pot ready.. but no fruits like bananas for the kid's?? Wow even motel 6 do that!!

The lobby, foyer & pool area are very nice. The staff are professional & responsive. The room & bathroom are in desperate need of repair and updates. The ceiling had no sound proofing I could hear every footstep as if my overhead neighbors were in my room. It even startled me awake during the night.

This property needs an update. The window in our room was cracked with a hole in it. The pool was broken, along with half the equipment in the gym. The staff was not friendly and breakfast took over an hour to get because it was a sit down setting.
