Why do I feel that best western plus is actually best western minus? I’ve stayed in 4 BW hotels this week, 2 standard and 2 Plus…. I get breakfast in the standard ones but not the Plus. Admittedly the Vines was modern, clean and comfortable, I just feel a bit hard done by.

We really enjoyed our stay—it was quiet, and we were able to get a good night’s sleep. I appreciated the convenience of checking in and out online and leaving a tip digitally; it saved time and made the whole process smoother. Being able to send a text message if we needed anything was also a great feature. We also liked the location—it worked well for us.
The only thing we would have preferred is a higher-mounted shower instead of the hand-held type in our room. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

Centrally located and a great value, it's an easy drive to the riverfront where a stroll, dining and views of the Napa hills are true delights! In a bottom room, we did hear our upstairs neighbors get up early, and the folks in the hot tub were clearly audible through our door. Some more sound proofing would be the one upgrade I would recommend. All furnishings are fresh and modern!
