The hotel was a bit outdated overall.
My fridge did not work and my sink was not draining upon arrival. However the property manager was quick to address the issue.
But what really makes up for this stay is the Gym. By Gawd, that Gym is immaculate!
Full free weight selection, barbells, dumbbells and plate machines. Hands down the greatest hotel gyms of all time. It felt like a gym membership with a bonus hotel room.

Overall a very positive experience. The only negatives would be the kids playing Tag and running in the halls late at night, but that wasn't the fault of the property. I did notice that the toilet bowl needed a good scrubbing, and if I noticed it I felt they should have noticed the housekeepers should have noticed also.

Although our room appeared to be clean, the common areas did not appear to have been vacumned for quite some time. We went to check out the pool area. No one was there but there were wet towels and candy wrappers strewn about. We waited a bit to see if anyone came to clean up but no one did. Due to the questionable cleanliness of the hotel I would not recommend it. One bright spot, was a very friendly front desk staff.

Hotel didn’t look cared for. Mirrors and sink were dirty. Window and mirrors in room dirty. Phone and remote were nasty. Walls in bathroom had stuff splashed that we don’t want to know what it was. Hair on floor and on sheets. Didn’t eat breakfast because we were unsure of the cleanliness. It may have been fine but we didn’t go in and check since we didn’t want to risk it. Was more expensive than the nicer and cleaner hotel we were at the night before. Couldn’t stay there due to availability.

We waited for over twenty minutes to check in. Had to call the national number to try to get help. There was absolutely no one around. No staff. No directions to reach staff. No phone to call anyone. Rooms seemed clean but very old and outdated, but like recent renovations had been attempted. Won’t be back. Not worth the hassle.

Seriously amazing! It was a bit of a walk to the pool and to breakfast… but totally worth having the honeymoon suite in the basement! Our own personal sauna (could definitely fit 8 people in there) , jacuzzi (comfortable for tall people) and a double rain shower head (with plenty of room for two).

Wanted to switch to a king bed instead of 2 queen beds the day of check in. Since we used an outside party to book it, and not through the hotel itself, they were not able to switch. Room and hotel were clean. Pool was heated and hot tub was very nice!
