The amenities in the room amazing! Dishwasher,full fridge, 2 burners, microwave dishes and utensiles! Very flexible for beach trip! Staff super friendly

Adult family of 4 stayed in a suite with 2 Queen and one pull out couch. We had plenty of room, the kitchenette had a medium size refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and stove top. The balcony had 2 chairs and a small side table. We had a side view of the ocean. Breakfast was good and filling with plenty of options. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel twice and it was very good. Having the beach entrance right in front of the hotel was so nice. The beach and the whole area are clean and well kept. Plenty of lifeguards and police patrol. We parked in the lot and never had to use the car again until we left. The sweet little town has many shops, restaurants, a book store, and lots of ice cream and other street food. The hotel staff were very friendly and quick to respond when we needed something. We had a blast and can’t wait to go back!

Amazing

The pictures shared on Expedia were exactly what we found when we arrived! Great stay, great room, and great ocean front property. Quaint small town charm, small beach and boardwalk but enough for quick get away. Two buildings but North Tower seems primary. Pool ok. Free buffet breakfast. Ocean front room pricey but worth it and parking charge high. Nice getaway for special occasion or only vacation. Recommend property.

Ocean front room with great view of the beach. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast with something different each day over four days stay. Tub/shower could use a vertical grab bar to aid in getting in and out of the shower.

We loved our stay here room was amazing staff were great. However the areas to get the elevator on the north building had such a strong overpowering cleaning fragrance just walking through there you came out smelling like it and we even held our nose in the elevator it was giving us headaches. Same smell in the check in area that was so overpowering. Room thankfully was not like that.

Enjoyed our stay in Bethany but take issue with a few things at the hotel, even though our room was clean and looked very nice. Great location on the boardwalk and beach. Mattress very hard. $3.00 bottle of water. Hair in my crustless mini quiche. Empty soap bottle in the shower for three days. A manager or supervisor fussing at breakfast service people in a rude and loud manner in front of patrons. MSNBC and Fox News blocked on tvs.

Perfect getaway in springtime! We chose the perfect time of year. I really want to return, however not comfortable with the crazy high price in summer. Too bad, would have been be a great place if more affordable in summer. Front desk person who greeted us on Friday evening for 8:30 check in was what a weary traveler needs~ shes a gem, protect her spot no matter what else you do!

Beautiful property that's beachfront. Ideally located close to shopping and restaurants.

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful. The room was spacious and perfect for our dogs. Beds were so comfortable we fell asleep early. Location was perfect for the beach and shopping. Breakfast was better than some restaurants I have been to.

We love Bethany Beach, and this hotel is very nice. We had a fantastic weekend.

Stay was 12/28 to 1/1. Room looked clean at first glance. Had an ocean view. Emo at the belldesk was wonderful. But we had a lot of issues. The floors in room were filthy- covered in dirt & sand- made it impossible to get in bed without tracking it on the sheets. Had to wipe our feet vigorously each time we walked. Told the beds were queen but are def full. The kitchen is stocked with plates that had some sort of slime on them! Didn't investigate further, just got paper plates at a store. The pool (the main reason we chose this place) was cold & the heater was broken. Called about this before we arrived, & got a different answer from every person who answered at the front desk- ranging from "It won't be fixed for a while" to "The part should be in on Mon" to "The water will heat up quick" to "The water will heat up in 3 days." Bar and restaurant closed seasonally- these were promised when we booked in July. Desk said NYE event was cancelled- found out the next day that it occurred while we sat in our room doing nothing. On top of ALL of this, on 12/26 we were told that our room would be assigned upon arrival. 12/27 we were told our room was in the North tower 3rd flr. The site stated that check in was at 4. 12/28 arrived at 345 to be told that our room "had been given to someone who arrived earlier", then waited until 445 to get a different room in the South tower, which meant walking across the street to get to the lobby, desk, breakfast & pool. We will never come back
