This hotel was in a great location. The T was right behind the hotel for transportation. If you are driving and intend on using valet, make sure you do not have a truck or large SUV, they do not fit in the parking garage. Check in was quick and easy but the receptionist was not as personable as they could have been. Close to many events and things to do. Really enjoyed our stay.

The price was very expensive. Was there for the Boston Marathon weekend. I thought price gouging was illegal, but guess it’s ok at hotels. Prices dropped back to normal 2 days later. Other than the prices, the hotel is a nice place to stay.

I arrived at 7:30 am after taking a red-eye from the west coast. Although there were no guarantees, I had a room by 8:30 after two complementary cups of coffee. My service was efficient, polite, and while making no promises, she did everything she could. Thanks

We had a very nice experience. The hotel is closed to MIT and you have the metro right there to commute around the city. Dining options around (the hotels food is amazing btw) is aceptable, specially RAW 34, pizzeria and Tate.

The room was very poorly designed. No overhead light and the lamps were not well placed to illuminate the desk area. Not enough drawers to unpack. The heat system hardly worked -/ we had to hike it up to 79 to feel any warmth and there were no extra blankets to be had. Also it’s 48 hours since we checked out and our final bill has not yet been delivered.
