Buffalo Airport Hotel

The bathroom was disgusting, we couldn’t even sit on the toilet because it had urine all over it. The vent was broken off the wall so you could see into the wall. The carpets were gross. Our room keys had to be reactivated twice. Nobody gave any information when we said we were checking out, she just took the room keys and sent us on our way.

Not a bad place. I arrive in Buffalo too tired to drive the 2 hours home. Was able to book this hotel last minute for a good night sleep. My room was next to the entrance door so I heard some hall way traffic until things settled down.

Stayed 2 nights. Check in was quick n efficient. Had parking near room as was kinda far from front entrance. Room was clean and inviting. Great Hot water n pressure. Beautiful center courtyard with propane firepits. Nice lil Bar/Restaurant on premises. Highly recommend

Although the rooms were renovated since the last time I was there it still lacks some basic features such as a mirror in the bedroom, sheers on the window (if you open the shade everyone walking by can see you) and the door needs to be fixed. It would not close without slamming it. Those are just a few things I found unpleasant. Will I ever return… probably not.

This place is NOT A HOTEL is a MOTEL it very dirty and has bed Bugs 🐜 just disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The outdoor patio section was nice just needs a couple more tv.s King room was nice and having Wingnutz right there and speedway is a plus.

The reception staff were professional and efficient. The room was nice. tWe checked in late at night and left early in the morning. There was a free shuttle to the airport which was convenient. There wasn't any dining area. No food served. No dinner and no breakfast. I didn't notice that when the reservation was made

It is a nice hotel inside ,but outside area is sketchy ... We did not feel very safe

Whenever I visit Buffalo I stay at this hotel. It is convenient and located close to restaurants. The staff are always friendly and the rooms are clean.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel in Buffalo. Unfortunately, the conditions were far below acceptable standards, and I feel compelled to bring them to your attention. 1. Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness of the hotel and my room was poor, which left me feeling uncomfortable during my stay. 2. Cold Water: The water in the bathroom was consistently cold, making it impossible to take a proper shower. 3. Noise Issues: The walls were extremely thin, and I could hear every sound from the adjoining rooms. This made it very difficult to rest. 4. Inappropriate Behavior: To make matters worse, there was a man running around naked in the hotel, which was completely inappropriate and unacceptable in a professional hospitality environment.
