The room had Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash for the shower! The kitchen had all the items…utensils, paper towels, toaster, and more! Friendly staff. Dogs were happy with the stay as well!

We were in Room 202. Directly above our room was constant pounding on the floor. Starting at 5am! Sounded like someone was continally stomping. Went down to the desk and was simply told "Sorry"
This went on BOTH days we were there. Obviously we were not able to sleep, and would not return.

My only complaint about our stay here was that the toilet bowl had not been cleaned completely. Not bad, but a bit off putting. The rest of the room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable, and the freshly ground coffee was a great touch.

It's a good place to stay when I visit my daughter, who lives a little further north. The staff has always been very helpful and kind. The rooms have always been clean. I slept well and enjoyed spending time with (and away from) my grandchildren.

I didn’t take anything off my rating for this, but they do not serve breakfast. I did not see it listed anywhere as a perk, so I was not disappointed. Just wanting to make anyone aware. The facility is good. We’ve stayed here and at the one on Ft Drum base. The one on base was a bit better. The honor system of buying snacks from the cantina was weird. Anyone coulda taken the money I put in the unlocked drop box.
