If i could give this hotel a 0 on a scale of 1-10 i would. It smelled musty, there were items from previous occupants still hanging in closet, cover for fan broken, curtain didnt close, and beds felt like sleeping on concrete slab. I didnt even stay one night. Left for a different hotel at 11:00 pm the first night. Same price but 100% better. Wouldnt recommend this Comfort Inn to ANYONE. Needs a complete renovation. Surprised it passes any inspection. Hardly seems fit to inhabit. 😡

I didn’t even stay two nights. They charged me and then said I didn’t pay when I first go there. I was charged twice and now I’m out money. The rooms stunk of weed. People partying. The front desk lady charged me twice and was mad I ended up only staying one night. Never again will I stay there. Breakfast was cold

Only one of our two room key cards actually worked, and then it took multiple attempts to get ut to work. The bathroom door handle fell off when we went to open the door from the inside.

Average hotel with no frills. Pool is very small but hot tub was nice. Staff was friendly. It was snowing when we arrived in the afternoon and no care had been done to the parking lot 18 hours later. It was very slippery. Only the 10 feet surrounding the entrance were shoveled/salted. Breakfast was decent. Great location.

Last minute Christmas Day emergency stay. Affordable, simple, dog friendly with ok breakfast. The shower was old and dated. The hotel overall was ok, though Id imagine a family coming here to go to Gurnee Mills or Great America would love the location, indoor pool, and price.
