I stayed at this property after a long day at work after getting checked in me and my family
Unpacked out stuff walked into our room and it stuck so bad my kid almost threw up on the floor i then went and told the front desk i was canceling my booking and told him the room was dirty and it stank he walked to the room and came back a couple minutes later with the food in his hand saying “okay bye” then i called in the morning to try and get my refund and he would not give me anything about . This HOTEL MAKES THERE MONEY BY PEOPLE MAKING RESERVATIONS AND THEN CANCELING DUE TO DIRTY AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

The room was clean and the service was good but the hotel needs some serious upkeep. The floor tiles in the bathroom and entry area were loose and moved when I walked on them. The curtains were torn. The couch was terribly stained.

This room was unacceptable at best.. I stayed because I wanted to have a nice New Year’s Eve away from home.. and to use the hot tub and pool. I didnt feel comfortable leaving my room unattended as this door was not really securable .. looked like someone had tried to break in at one point.. you need to have that door replaced! Scary and I should have left or changed rooms! But the front desk person was not approachable and when I checked in I’m not even sure he would have known what I was saying or asking of him !

Our guests did not like the fact that thwy had to ask for towels because there weren't any in the room whwn they arrived. The room also seemed a little crampwd for apace. They did enjoy the comfortable beds and very comfortable pillows.

There was a dime sized blood spot on the white comforter. There were several patched areas on the walls and ceiling not blended. Looked like no one had dusted the tables in a while. Cracked areas all over ceiling. When we pulled the sheets back to check for bed bugs the mattress was all torn up. There was white dog hair on the blue sofa. We made the best of the night and stayed. Just wanted to share for future persons thinking about booking a stay.
