We are traveling with a boat so parking is a big problem. The hotel has several extra long/semi-friendly spots which are perfect for our needs. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious.

Every time i come to santa Rosa I stay here like this place today was only one tiny thing the pool was so cold to be an indoor pool. Other then that all good hopefully the next time will be better.

Terrible smell upon entering building. Trash container seemed to be used for animal waste was inside building. Very dingy building appearance inside. No elevator to second floor. Breakfast looked so bad we did not even try it.
