The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, including sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, not just your standard cold cereal and juice. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the free shuttle to the airport was very nice to go along with the free parking.

Elevator broke had to carry luggage up/down 3 flights, pool area had clumps of hair near some drains. And was fine until kids arrived, cut my pool time early. Room or suite was comfortable and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful

I liked the hotel. The services were good and the staff was nice. Things were clean.
The only thing I didn't like was the online check in process. It wasn't encrypted. Then when we got to the hotel, they made me check in again anyway.

The Hotel was good, the airport shuttle was the problem. They have you sign up for a tracking service, driver called me for pickup from the airport and said he had to leave, I told him we were 1 minute away from the pickup location after getting off the plane and he would not wait and we ended up waiting an hour for the next shuttle. Don't advertise you have airport shuttle pickup with very limited times.

I went to check in and the front desk guy owner canceled our reservation. He said he called me. Which he did. I called back to the hotel and spoke to a women who told me our reservation would not be canceled due to card on file declined. I had we are paying with a different card. I explained this guy left me a message and said he was canceling our reservation. She assured me it would not be canceled. When we arrived the man as unfriendly and rude. Yelling no woman works here. What number did you call. I showed him. And he said your room is canceled. I asked for another room and he said there is none. I asked what are we to do. He told me to check with the other hotel which shared a parking lot. It was nicer and we paid a little more. Will never use this hotel again

I dont feel this hotel is a "family" hotel. Lots of "clients" going in and out of the hotel at all times of the night, paying cash for the rooms. Just sort of odd things going on.

I loved the breakfast! The only downside is that the temp was controlled with a energy saving thermostat that no matter how low I put the temp, it just wouldnt cool enough for my liking.

My layover flight from Japan got canceled in Toronto, stranding us for the night. The hote wouldn't refund us for the stay, even though it was clearly out of our control why we couldnt make it in. Very disappointing.

On the website it noted free parking, which is why we decided to choose this airport, when getting to desk to check in we were charged 50$/car for our park stay and fly. It was ver my misleading.
