Would stay here again

We stayed for an extended stay of 5 nights. The hotel staff knew we had 4 people in a double queen room. However, they stated they are “not allowed” to give any replacement towels, but they would “give us one.” We were told to take the dirty towels down to the “laundry shoot” ourselves, and were never given fresh ones after that. The room was not cleaned one time while we were there. We did not expect the hotel to clean the room, we just needed fresh towels! The positives: The pool is clean and a nice area to relax. The breakfast has a lot of options, and they also provided “to-go” options as well.

Property was in nice area. We stayed overnight out of necessity as someone was having a sleep study done. The hotel lobby is nice. The staff was nice. Check in went smoothly. I didn’t think the room was anything special. Beds were just okay. Could’ve been more comfortable . My bottom sheet had what looked to be an old stain from Candy or a popsicle. I could tell that it had been bleached. Since near the foot of the bed and relatively small I didn’t stress over it. Felt the bathroom floor around the edges could’ve been cleaner. The toilet was standard size - which I’m not handicapped, but for older people like my mom it would be nice to have the chair height. Just a suggestion. Also the toilet seat was very loose. An easy fix. We did not stay for breakfast so no opinions on that. It was one of the cheaper hotel options in Enid for that side of town. Probably would not stay there again unless my only option. .

I was very upset that the pool was shut down. This was the entire reason I booked this hotel. I had even looked at the hotel website before booking to check. Then we were not even told when I arrived I had to ask. The front desk worker was very nice but didn't know who I should contact. Then, during our stay, I found a used soap bar in the shower and a dirty stranger sock next to the bed. .

Lobby area was nice but our room had a weird smell. The carpet had stains that looked like blood. Furniture was very scratched. One of the lamp shades had stains and was all bent.

It was a fairly decent hotel and it smelled really clean when we entered the hotel.

I was called at 4pm the day of my check in to be advised they were overbooked and they put me in the hotel across the parking lot. They said I was getting it for the “same price” however the other hotel is actually less expensive so I ended up paying more and getting less. Then when it

Great staff, dirty pool, paper thin walls, and as far as comfort goes, I may. As well have slept outside on the side walk for free. Instead I wasted my money on a room I couldn't even sleep in due to discomfort.

We like to stay here when we visit Enid. It’s comphy, has a nice breakfast & good coffee.

Looks clean from a distance, but not up close. The breakfast has gone downhill also They fill it up at 6am and don't refill anything. By 8am no muffins, milk, OJ, just to name a few. I asked the breakfast kitchen lady and she said everything was thawing and still frozen. Now it's like they're only allowed to put out so much food and once it's gone that's it and what is left of the hot food if any, is crusty and old been sitting there for a couple hours. Cream cheese sitting out at room temperature when the package says keep refrigerated.

There wasn’t much parking, and the back doors didn’t work and so we had to walk all the way around the building to get inside after we parked our car.

Stay was horrible! No heat in the room, when I complained was told, they are aware of the issue & to try turning up the heat, it up will take a couple hours to warm up. Not true only got up to 61 all night. No apology just snotty remark when I checked out. TV remote did not work, had to go to the desk 3 times & still TV did not work, they did not offer to fix it. Elevator was dirty, bathroom was filthy & a big carpet stain on the floor. Tried to ask for a manager told she would not be there for a couple days. We stayed here 6 months ago and it was fine, what the heck happened?

The bed was very comfortable!

Everything was awesome. Within walking distance to quite a few restaurants and entertainment. Walmart is just a short walk away as well. The beds were very soft and the hotel was extremely quiet. The swimming pool was just right temperature for a cold winter day.

It was good, room was clean

This was a return visit to the Country Inn in Enid, OK. On the positive side, it was clean, easy to find, and far enough off the road that there was no road noise. Our "suite" was very well laid out. Breakfast was good. On the flip side, there were multiple examples of poor DIY repairs in the room, especially in the bathroom. There were places in the room that needed repair. The TV was impossible to use or figure out. It had lots of blank channels, snow, and no guide. We quit trying after a while. We may stay here again if the price is excellent, but we will be cautious as the facility may show wear over time.

The hotel was lacking Maintenance Services. There were repairs and some furniture that needed to be replaced in my room.

Need better pillows

We have been staying here for years multiple times a month. The last few times it’s gone way down hill. Last night and today there we zero towels shampoo soap anything at all in the room. Last night was definitely the last night I will ever book it here again. It’s a nice hotel but going down hill with typical stuff fast
