Super nice property! The room was very up to date and smelled fresh. Beds were comfy and the shower pressure was perfect. Definitely recommend.

Easy and quick check in, the room was nice and great size with 2 queen beds I believe. Plenty of room for my toddler to burn off some energy after a long car ride. Mini fridge and microwave were hidden behind a dresser cupboard style door which was nice to keep my toddler away from them. Comfy beds, comforters, & pillows. Room & bathroom were clean. It was quiet which was a nice surprise considering there were many families with kids staying. We didn't get to go to the pool due to travel time but it looked really awesome! The breakfast was really good, had a wide variety of items and fresh cooked hot things. I recommend getting there earlier than later, it does get crowded and loud. Close enough to pigeon forge and gatlinburg both for a good place to stay and for a lower price than the hotels directly on the strip.

Hotel was great! Rooms were clean and as advertised. We really enjoyed the fire pits and even made s'mores one night. The only critique I have is the breakfast was less desirable. The food in the chaffing pans wasn't hot.

Overall cleanliness of facility requires improvement.
Hotel provided shampoo dispenser (only source of supplied shampoo was EMPTY - how can that happen if housekeeping services every room turnaround?
Breakfast eating area was dirty and the attendant had to,be prodded to take action to clean.
High praise for check in person - Mason. I had spoken with him the day before about needing a Pak ‘n Play. He had placed one in the office with our name to ensure we would have.
Conversely, the woman at the desk on checkout morning (6/18/25) was unfriendly, unhelpful, engaged all morning on her device and a disgrace to the facility (unable to,see her name tag, if she had one).

Overall our stay was okay but the upstairs had a bad smell our room smelled like mildew. At breakfast I saw children touching some of the food with their hands. Staff was not around when I needed creamer and as I was trying to get it myself from the underneath cabinet, a staff member finally appeared and try to tell me I couldn’t do that.

Odd place. Afternoon staff was friendly, the morning crew was not, especially the front desk. Overall, the place appears to be trying, but they could really update rooms and hallways. Overall cleanliness was fine for a quick stay, but were I to stay longer the shower would need attention. Hard to regulate room temp. I'd stay again but only at the price point I paid this time. Not worth much more

My 11 and 4 year old loved the splash pad. My 14 year old loved the fitness facility. Breakfast was really good. Room and beds were comfortable!!!

It was very nice just had one problem with the sheets on the bed very small blood stain on the sheet but the staff fixed the sheets right away.

Great place to stay! We had a balcony although it needed to be sweep and the spider webs removed and some chairs would have been nice! It was nice to have the room was great , breakfast good and not right in the middle of all the madness!

Decent stay. Check in and out was quick and easy. From the lobby the place looked and smelled great but once you hit the elevator not so much. The room had trash and food in it. Would stay here again though
