Employees were very rude. Arrived late(9pm) due to flight delays. They had given my room to someone else. I thought that is why you make reservations? They put me in a different room that looked like it was mid remodel. Room was 80 degrees and a/c took forever to get to 72 by am. There was visible substance on bedside table. The shower had cracks that looked like a child tried to putty closed. I was scheduled to stay 12 days and I changed hotels after second night, only because I couldn’t move after first night. Very disappointed in a Marriott hotel!

Room was visibly dirty. There were used napkins left on chair in room. Button found on floor as though not vacuumed. Shower had dirt on floor. Bathroom countertop stained with something red. Room smelled dirty and musky.

Our first impressions were not great. As we were approaching the hotel, we noticed multiple drifters? loitering down the street & around the area. Then, when we arrived to check in, we were welcomed by a cloud of skunk weed. A few people were lingering just outside the front door. The attendant was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. They do have the option of paying an extra fee to park in their parking garage and said that they have security watching the vehicles that we’re not parked in the garage.

Well, there was coffee in the microwave, not sure which patron before me it was from. The mattress was also less than desirable for the quality you are trying to brand or your properties, unless this is your Super 8 of the brand and if that is the case, perhaps a less than luxury name such as Bon Voy. I was also charged an additional $50 for night 2, when I booked it was the $158 per night for 2 nights, so I would appreciate at the very least a refund. If not, please say, BON-VOYage to my membership and loyalty to your hotels and this site.

I am well traveled, and I know hospitality. And I can say with all certainty that PJ who worked front desk was one of the best I’ve ever encountered in all my years of traveling facilities were clean. My room is also clean and it was a very comfortable and calming stay absolutely would recommend.
