Everything was fine, finding and driving to the property was easy after you figured out which hotel I had made reservations at. Parking was weird. Before I checked out, I received an email stating that I had been charged for parking on the property. I found that to be weird. Everything else was fine

I didnt like people smoking weed at the pool where all the kids were and also in front outside of the lobby. We had people knocking on our door at midnight two random strangers knocking on our door at that time

It was family friendly . The front desk staff / booking was extremely helpful excellent! The rooms were clean but seems like theres alot of room for improvement bathroom was dirty floors as well

Property was nice. Other people staying in hotel would kind of trash it leaving their clothes and towels in the lobby hallways. Our hotel room floor (carpet) was wet upon check in but I’m pregnant and was exhausted from the flight so I didn’t have it in me to go down and get room changed. The pull out bed had hair and hair pins left in it.

This hotel WAS NOT clean. There was black mildew in our shower. We moved to another room and although there was LESS mildew. There was STILL black mildew in the shower.

Very good customer service, Joseph at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. The shampoo and conditioner was not refilled in the bathroom but other than that we had a great stay!
