Great customer service

This is an okay stay! We were visiting Legoland. Its about a 10 minute drive, so very convenient. We also booked as we saw the location had a pool, hot tub, and restaurant and bar. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of service, and the restaurant and bar offered very little options. Luckily, there are a few restaurants in walking distance. Customer service/staff were great! Cleanliness is A .

Great hotel for a one night stop in Middletown!

Very convenient location for our Legoland trip. Our last night/morning the hot water was running really cool, the front desk said it was due to the hotel being full and everyone taking showers.

We enjoyed ourselves very much

The staff was INCREDIBLY Rude and unhelpful. Upon arrival they blamed us for not getting joining rooms, even though I had called a week prior and gotten them confirmed. Then when our shampoos were filled with water and we had no soap, the front desk said “we don’t have any soap” same response when asked for lotion. “We don’t have any” but the cleaning carts did have them… and they gave us some. They told us they were “out” of complimentary waters and that they hadn’t seen the manager in over a week to order more. The convenience store inside was completely out of stock of basically everything. And when we tried to purchase waters no one was at the front desk. We waited 10 minutes and left. No one seemed to ever be at the front desk. No laundry detergent on sight to do laundry, so we had to purchase some from Walmart. One day we asked the front desk to make sure our room would be cleaned as it hadn’t the day before (no we didn’t put the sign on the door) and they said “they couldn’t because their cleaner only had a set amount of hours and she couldn’t have any overtime” which that may be true… but at least offer me some fresh towels/etc. don’t just leave me out of luck. The staff just seemed to not want to do anything to make your stay comfortable. They do not care. We typically stay at Marriott’s because they are top of the line but this honestly felt like a motel 6. Super sad.

Rooms are very dated and in dire need of updating. Disappointed in lack of breakfast and free available coffee.

Limited rooms. First room had broken door mechanism. Pull out couch was only a single bed and there was no extra room for a cot. Only one person to staff the front desk.

There's no soap available at the bathroom sink

A fairly small room considering it had a sofa bed also, but still clean with a comfortable bed. Probably would not be big enough for a multi-night stay but for a one-noght stop over it worked well.

This is the only hotel we have stayed out in ten years that didn’t offer complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Great hotel, comfortable and clean. Nice spacious rooms. Great staff. Timothy at the front desk was excellent.

While the room was in good condition breakfast was a disappointment. Our room was booked for 3 but they only gave us breakfast for 2. They did not have coffee in the lobby or available if you did not have a voucher. Very disappointing!

The hotel had dust in certain areas and unvacumed parts of the carpet. The breakfast options were limited. It was overall not very well maintained property.

Nice and clean. Kids liked pool.

The easy access to the hwy and the area very clean safe and reliable. Thank you for allowing us to check in very late as we were here in Ellenville for a family funeral.

Place is nice and clean very comfortable would definitely stay here again. The bed was very comfortable.
