32nd Anniversary our stay was amazing waking up in the morning looking out at the ocean from our bed walking and relaxing on the beach the hotel staff was friendly and helpful !

This is not the most up-to-date Marriott I have stayed in. However it was just as expensive, if not more so than others. Elevator carpets were very dirty, cushions on the pool deck stained and dirty. Cushions on the 2nd floor terrace and Bistro were also dirty, we did not want to sit on them. Our bathroom toilet needed attention, it was not flushing properly. You expect, and pay for a Marriott to be nicer.

I had problems with accounting staff for the refund of 2 accidental fee they charge. I am still waiting for my money back after 2 weeks of my stay! Very unprofessional manager that I talked too. Every conversation we had talking over me when I was asking questions! Maybe need some customer service training!!!!!

The only thing I wasnt crazy about it the tight parking deck. The hotel itself was wonderful and walkable to many restaurants. It also had plenty of hangout place for our cheer and soccer teams.

Property and room was fantastic. Dining inside the restaurant was lacking menu options and overall organization. It was confusing how orders were taken. We tried to order downstairs and the employee sent us upstairs which had minimal options on the menu.

The check in staff, more specifically Ginny at the front desk, was outstanding. Our room was not really cleaned good, crumbs left on the table, it was noticeable that it was a quick cleaning job.

This is possibly the cleanest, and well-maintained room, I have ever stayed. We discovered a mess another guest had made in a common area, reported it, and it was very promptly addressed. Plentiful lobby seating. The shared foot wash (with the adjacent hotel) at the beach was in disrepair, but there were other options. My only real complaint was the ridiculously priced items in the market, which I was forced to buy on-site, due to an acute medical situation.

Nice property, but my dislikes was that the front desk receptionist that checked me in texted my wife for whatever reason, to tell her my personal information which is only between my wife and I... She disrupt my wife vacation and mine!!!

Most would expect a certain level of comfort/service from a Marriott hotel, but this location was a huge letdown. It felt more like a budget motel than a reputable hotel chain. Staff seemed untrained/unmotivated, every question asked — from nearby dining options to basic hotel services — was met with incorrect information.
Check-in was slow, and we had issues with room keys that took multiple visits to the front desk to sort out.
This trip was meant to be a relaxing, but staying here was unnecessarily frustrating.
We reserved a suite, at $400 per night, but absolutely nothing about this stay was worth
