Front desk staff was kind and helpful.
I did not like it when I had the do not disturb sign hung on my door only to have a staff member knock on my door. When I answered he was going down the hall. It made me feel uncomfortable, like he was just checking to see if we were in the room.
Pillows were horribly flat and the bathroom had very little lighting.

I chose not to stay at this hotel after checking in due to several issues: the linens were dirty, the room had a strong mildew smell, the air conditioning didn’t work, and overall, the space was not clean. It also looked very different from the photos online, which was disappointing. Despite these problems, the hotel refused to issue a refund. I would not recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for a clean and comfortable solo getaway.

We did not have a courtyard. We need to post updated photos of the grounds. It is a little disappointing to be told you are going to clean a room and then to find out it was not.

Everything was great except the bed was super hard. If you like a softer bed this is definitely not the place to stay. We have back issues and honestly we probably would have been more comfortable sleeping in the car.

The stay was uneventful but since I finished my business early, I checked out. I was not told by the front desk when I adjusted the schedule when i checked in that I would not need my second night that I would be charged. I DID NOT CANCEL my reservation, I shortened it. Hotels.com took my money and Marriott refused the refund of the night I did not used. So both sides decided that customer satisfaction for shortening a trip was not worth it.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff all hours. Free coffee and water in lobby, mini market with so many options as well. Comfortable beds! Very roomy room, water pressure was great in shower, love the upgrade luxuries too! Highly recommend, convenient right off main highway.
