Property was clean. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Room was a little dumpy. Visible stain on couch, ac unit was very loud, no bathroom fan, and the controls for the light were cracked and broken. The shower door leaked a lot of water. And the door was really hard to close. There were a couple of times I thought it closed, but it was still cracked open. Staff were decent and said hello when you passed. Overall it was just “meh” and there isn’t anything specific that would draw me back. There is also nothing within walking distance that’s convenient. 45 min to 1 hour long walks just for fast food makes it challenging for anyone on a budget that doesn’t want to drop $30 for a round trip uber.

The Jacuzzi was Not working properly and was Filthy the Pool area had a huge team tournament staying there over 60 kids jumping in and out of pool and jacuzzi over and over for hours.I have no problem with kids having fun but this was ridiculous splashing everyone having jumping competition all over the pool nowhere was enjoyable my drinks full of water everytime i tried enjoying it had to cover every 5seconds not to mention 15-20 kids back and fourth in jaccuzi lots of the little ones way younger than rules alow even brought a miniture float device in there and splashing.The parents where out there at least 50 or more of them spread around pool and entire area.None of which told their kids anything.People were coming out from regular guests and just going back to their rooms i didnt pay almost $200 to have that experience we had to stay out there till 830 almost 9 just to have a semi normal experience but then some other guests were able to come out

Had a great experience during my stay, the pool was great, the room was cleaned properly, the staff súper friendly and kind, accesible bus stations near the hotel.

Late to be checked in, pillows are flat as pancakes. Room by elevator noisy.

I like how they had a restaurant available as well as a Starbucks inside the lobby. The rooms were nice and the staff were amazing. Only downside were the pillows I wish they had more support.

Parking is ridiculously overpriced I would not stay there again

Hotel was in a great central location with tons of dining options nearby and close to many popular attractions. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Price was very reasonable and parking price was better than most other hotels.

Was waiting in line to chevk in and someone cut in front of us and was waiting for the receptionist to say something but continued to check them in and not say anything to us. Also there was multiple hairs in the tub from the previous guest which we did bring up when we checked out and were offered an apology and pts

We enjoyed our stay. Our cleaning service person was phenomenal. Never had to worry about clean room the whole time we were there. The staff was really accommodating and friendly. The only thing I would recommend would be some better mattresses. They were not super comfortable. Although I realize some of that is a personal preference. All in all we would stay again.

Good location

Rooms are nice clean only thing i didnt like was the parking lot spots are to tight cars take two spots limiting spots also my room key deactivate to open my room had to go back down to guest services to reactivate it notice couple guest had that same problem

The bed was fairly comfortable and the water was nice and hot. The sink water stream was a little too low and one of my rooms had an odor but was resolved. A little extra bathroom maintenance care should be taken care of before guests arrive. All in all, it was a great stay!
