Great stay

Came here for the NCAA Hockey Tourny. Lots of other people here as well, but you would never notice. Very quiet halls. Very clean public areas. Very helpful staff. Would recommend.

Safety was a big issue that I wish would have been taken more seriously by the staff

The stay was fantastic. The hotel maintains a lot of the old vintage charm of the Lennox in the lobby, halls, and room but has plenty of modern updates. I would certainly look to stay again if traveling to town again.

The staff, food and service was really good.

The staff at this hotel are above and beyond fantastic, friendly and helpful!!! Special recognition to Kyle and Jacob who helped check me and our friends in, get us into our rooms early and make sure we had rooms near eachother! And Jacob was so amazing and helpful our entire stay. He was everywhere and did everything, I nicknamed him a “Jacob of all trades”. He also remembered exactly what we were doing each day and followed up when he saw us to see how our day went! Amazing customer service!!! As for the hotel itself, it’s an absolutely perfect location if you’re at the convention center (we were there for a volleyball tournament). Good food options around and a safe part of town!

Parking is pricey! Otherwise, it's a nice location and convenient to many restaurants, bars, etc

My room was much bigger than it seemed in the picture and was very well designed. It appeared to have been refurbished, but to a high standard. There was minimal noise bleed from other guests as it was a corner room. Bed was comfortabke with well laundered linen and there were loads of nice towels. Staff were always friendly and helpful with great smiles. It was very good value for money. However the bistro and breakfast,which I didnt try were from a Starbucks francise, limited to fixed items and expensive. The hotel is in a very good spot to visit the Gateway Arch. Apart from that, the area was rather dead with an an abandoned feel. There were very few people and little traffic which was disconcerting. I was approached for money each time I went out. Many of the surrounding buildings were derelict.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the hotel! Esp for the rate I got! Loved loved loved that is an older renovated building and not cookie cutter rooms. I arrived late at night and staff was super nice ! Same in the morning.

This hotel was adorable! I loved my room. It was like a chic little apartment. Loved the bed, extra blankets in the closet, and big tv with lots of options. Great pillows, nice city view from my room. The front staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and cozy. Starbucks was across the street. Perfection. There was a karaoke bar very close by too which was fun entertainment for us one night. Close enough to just walk to even when it was cold.

The room was great, view of the river. My stay was absolutely excellent bar one exception. House keeping started to knock on my door at 9am even with a do not disturb sign hanging on the door and continued mutiple times until we left.

Comfortable hotel. The parking was a challenge for us.

Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was really nice. This was downtown so the parking garage was "across the street". It ended up being about one half block. The dining was very limited to a small menu and expensive. The bed was harder than we were used to. The pillows were also uncomfortable. It was an older building but in good shape. Probably won't stay again.
