I loved staying here. I felt safe and secure in this area. Walkable distance from downtown. The staff was very polite and welcoming.

Great location to walk to Lumen or T-Mobile field for games. Parking is a little spendy - but hey - it's downtown Seattle, so It's not like it's much cheaper anywhere else. Plus it's valet.
Rooms are spacious & beds were comfortable. Only downfall - the shower water was not very warm.
The onsite breakfast was delicious - every employee was super friendly and accommodating.
Would absolutely stay here again when we come up for a game.

The hotel is ok, but there are some issues. There was hardly any hot water in the middle of winter. The staff was not very cooperative and you get very little info from them. Before booking keep in mind that they charge 70 dollars for valet parking and if you ask the staff for options, they say you can go look for street parking. The food options around it are very limited and there restaurant shuts the kitchen if the get a little busy so impossible to get food there. Many better options in the area than this one.

The room never went above 65 degrees even though the thermostat was set for 90. Huge draft coming from the Windows and the only thing the front desk offered was a can of pringles.

The property was clean and quiet. Room was much smaller than the photo portrayed. We didn’t have hot water in the morning, it was barely warm. It was within walking distance to WaMu which was nice.

Great location. We were able to walk to all major sites! The bed was so comfortable. Staff was so nice. The man that checked us is gave us great advice for food and a map of the city. Great trip!

When upon arriving I had asked for a room on a higher floor but they were having electrical issues the elevators weren’t working I was on the ground with a view looking at cars the worst money I’ve spent for almost a $300 riom

The hotel itself is amazing! Location is great because it is just steps to the Ferry, Pike's Place, and Pioneer Square. But you do have to navigate amongst the homeless population, which is very sad to see that the city of Seattle cannot do more to help these individuals. Would not recommend walking alone at night in this area of town due to the homeless population.
