I got there around 6:30 and the office was closed and took forever to get my code to get keys but the hotel was nice

Easy access and check in

Just a short walk to the beach. Many restaurants around.. Room is a little small, and also bathroom is tiny, with no private place to change - I'd suggest putting up a curtain to as a separation option from the room and sink area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and convenient. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again. We had a pleasant time.

For a short stay, the Crosswinds is fantastic. The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. There are not a lot of amenities onsite (including no WiFi), but it was very reasonably priced and a short walk to the Boardwalk. The staff was very nice and helpful. For a night or two, I would not hesitate to stay here.

This is a lovely property, clean, comfortable and it felt very safe! The check in was smooth and the customer service agent that checked us in was amazing, helped us with some great recommendations and was super knowledgeable and engaging. Really appreciated this as it allowed us to see the things we really wanted to with some extras that we hadn’t thought of. Also it’s a short walk to the beach and boardwalk this was a highlight as it saved us time, money and effort trying to find and pay for parking.

It was one of the cleanest hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in . But I missed not having a microwave.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. It is located central to most of the bars and restaurants so you are able to walk most places!

We were greeted by Patrick upon check-in, and he was great! Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. Our bathroom smelled like urine (addressed while we were out), the floor was filthy, crumbs on the furniture and floor, and spilled food in the mini-fridge. The biggest issue was the AC - while it was cooling, it was making so much noise we had to turn it off to sleep (and it was 90+ degrees today). There is no onsite staff after 5:00, so we called the number provided for after hours issues. The employee who answered said he’d be “right down” to try to fix it. After 15 minutes, we called again, and he said, “I forgot your room number.”

Great helpful and friendly front desk assistance. The room was spacious and very clean.

Our room was clean and fairly modern. The bed was clean but the mattress was worn and uncomfortable. The A/C continuously shut off then would turn back on was the room was well above the set temperature.

Our first time staying here and this was the perfect location! We love dogfishhead and it was right next door. Very convenient! The staff were very nice and accommodating. The sister hotel with the rooftop area & pool was really nice. Highly recommend staying here! We will be reserving this hotel every year. Thank you for a great experience.

Shower was dirty, rooms very basic, but in a good area near to everything

The hotel was in a great location on the main street, close to stores, restaurants and the beach. The sandy courtyard was great for a relaxing drink.

Terrible! Air conditioning didn't work, neither did coffee pot and iron. Contacted the front desk and he said there was nothing he could do. Filled complaint with management and they didn't bother to call. Tried to get a refund through Expedia but they wouldn't either. There is no staff on this property after around 8 at night. It is complete unattended. Not a safe situation. If you need anything you have to call an after hours number. Be very careful booking here.

One day f my favorite hotels in Rehobeth because I like to walk everywhere when I get to the beach and this is the perfect location and has comfy beds.
