Great service

Very nice stay!

Great stay. In town for a baseball game and it's a one minute walk to the stadium. Staff in the restaurant and front desk were super nice. Bed was so comfy! Breakfast was delicious!

The property itself was absolutely beautiful. However, the room was not. The shower was visibly filthy. There was dirt surrounding the perimeter of the shower door and hair on the floor and walls of the shower. The shower floor was dirty as you can tell that it had not been scrubbed after ever visit. The water was also not hot and the water pressure was not good.

The only problems with my room is that i wanted a king bed and i got 2 queen's instead, the toilet seat was very loose and slid when you sat on it and, there was mold in the shower. The soap dispenser hanging in the shower was empty.

Great place to stay

The facility itself is fine. The hotel looks nice. The rooms are pretty decent and comparable to most of its companion properties in the brand of line. However, this is the problem with the north Augusta Crown Plaza. It’s Crowne Plaza prices without all of the expected amenities. What I mean by that is when I had asked for a toothbrush because I had forgotten mine. They didn’t have any they were out, when I went to get Gatorade from their little snack nook, they only had a couple sodas and some odd beer and that was it. They didn’t even have bottled water. Not that I wanted to pay seven dollars for a bottle of water but still. The staff solution was for me to go to the convenience store which meant I had to get in my car drive all the way up there, even though it was a mile or less away. The other issue I have is that even though it was a pretty busy weekend a lot of people out they shut down their hotel bar about 10 o’clock on a Friday & Saturday, what’s worse is the bartender even cut off the fire pit with a full crowd around. To be honest, I don’t know if I’l ever stay there again, especially when the Marriott is just across the river and same price if not a little bit more a little bit less. Now the downtown AugustaMarriott is worth it.

Enjoyed everything!

I have stay here a couple of times and always really enjoy it! The area is super cute (though there is some construction at the moment), easy to walk to restaurants, a nice outdoor bar. Both times that I have stayed here, it has been a good experience.

Our check in experience was exceptional Princess was professional, kind, and even helped with dining recommendations. Our check in was seamless

Hotel is in great shape, clean and with great amenities. Visiting this area at least once every month. I would not go back to this hotel due to service and staff issues. If you thought shuttle service was free... you are mistaken. Driver forced me to tip him on his first ride on a almost hostile situation...

Beautiful area , walkable

Una buena opción para viaje, en mi caso de trabajo. Único comentario es que el restaurante está cerrado para el horario de almuerzo y los restaurantes cercanos a pie, también…salvo uno.

Amazing hotel , staff was great

Although the property itself was beautiful and the room in general was nice, the fridge was not working and out food spoiled. Also, most importantly, the shower stall was NOT clean. It had hair in it and when I stepped in it I almost slipped do the shower being slimy. I made a complaint at the desk, however due to the fact that I made the complaint with Expedia, the hotel said the could do anything for me. I would like to file a complaint. I really wanted to like this property but the shower issue and the fridge rubbed me the wrong way entirely.
