Very clean and close to everything.

The hotel is either fairly new or remodeled. It was not immaculately clean but okay. Parking lot was almost full when we arrived but we did find a parking spot. It was quiet during sleeping hours. The air conditioning worked well maybe a little too well! It was cold in our room but I didn't find the thermostat on the wall till the next morning. It was set to 66. We usually sleep at 70 for the temp. It was late when we got in so we sorta just stumbled into bed w/o giving it much thought. The staff were courteous. I forgot to pack my toothbrush and they happily provided me with two. The bathroom light switch plate was dirty and needed a good wipe down. Yuck! Toilet and shower worked well. I was disappointed there was only enough water for one person in our family to get a drink when we arrived at the hotel. It was late, though. I purchased two bottles of water for $3, not bad. The beds were clean and comfy. I wasn't fond of the mini pillows. I would have preferred a standard size pillow. Also, there was no extra bedding or blankets in the closet. We could have used the blankets on our beds. I think this use to be standard but I'm finding more and more this is a thing of the past. Breakfast was good. The syrup dispenser was either low or needed to be cleaned. We checked out with no problems and were off to our next destination. Overall, I was happy with the accomodations for what I paid for it.

It’s was a good stay, clean rooms and ac worked great. Bed comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and our room was very clean and comfy. We had our daughter with us and felt very safe and comfortable and all had a great nights sleep for our long day of traveling ahead of us. The breakfast wasn’t super great, but it was free!

Clean, fast, and friendly hospitality. Breakfast could’ve been better. Would’ve been nice to have a small fenced area to take our dog. The building and room smelled fresh and looked very clean which is the most important. Overall a good experience.

Clean and good value. Close to campus

2nd stay and they did not disappoint. It was great for a weekend softball tournament. Room was Clean, beds were comfortable, and they have decent breakfast. Staff was friendly. Parking is tight, but will stay there again.

Great room and really comfortable beds. Even though it was a full hotel, it was quiet.

We arrived after 11pm, so there really wasn’t anyone around. The night desk host, she was very friendly. Just stayed 1 night, easy check in & check out. Had enough pillows & towels for all of us. Beds were comfortable, liked that there wasn’t any carpet, bathroom was very clean & had everything we needed. There was breakfast at 6:30, but we didn’t get to eat our appointment was for 7:00. It looked like it would have been very good. I looked at it as we were walking out the door & my stomach was growling. Only wished that breakfast would have started at 6:00, then we could have eaten. The other Days Inns I have stayed at started at 6:00.

We stayed at this hotel last year which is why we decided to stay again. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The hallways could use some touch up paint. Our only complaint was in the bathroom. Because of it's shape, there is only one place to hang thw towel rack and unfortunately, it sticks into the path to the door. My son hit his head on it twice trying to open the bathroom door. Breakfast was good and constantly being refreshed. We will definitely stay again if we travel theough Lubbock.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and it was close to shopping and restaurants.

First room had an awful smell, but we were quickly moved to another room. Overall, clean, but king mattresses need to be replaced because of the huge hump in the middle.

Big beds my dates were switched i didn't get my diabled room i had trouble taking shower was given a broken shower chair told to use at own risk i have my left leg amputated i was happy ruined my trip

Spacious rooms! Wonderful staff

I love that they are pet friendly. It was a great experience from Checking in, breakfast, clean and renovated rooms, access to restaurants and shopping centers and checking out. Will definitely be staying here in my next trip in Lubbock
