My room was fine there complaining about a towel having root beer on it and saying its dog crap i have seizures they declined to do the walk through for check out. And my sheets not beung usable again

We were pleasantly surprised with how peaceful our stay was. The staff was incredible, very friendly. They had a pretty decent breakfast. It was nice and clean. The one and only thing that I could say that was negative wasn’t even the hotel‘s fault. It was the people across from us next to them. They kept slamming their door in and out in and out, but other than that, our weeklong day was great.!!!

My service dog and I stayed because our home A/C quit working. They were so nice, let us check in early. The suite was spacious the bed comfy and the frig kept the beer cold what more could you want. My dog was treated very kindly also. It was our saving grace on a very hot day!

Did not like 2 a/c’s in living area and absolutely none in bedroom area. No air could reach sleeping area until about 03:00 dropping temp to mid 70’s from mid to high 80’s. When I called to ask for fan - said had zero and turn a/c on -duh!
Unfortunately day temps were 118.
